The Space:
This stylish and comfortable studio condo is designed with relaxation and convenience in mind. Located on the first floor, there are no stairs required and just steps from the elevator offering easy access for all guests.

Inside, you’ll find an inviting open concept layout with a cozy queen bed and a pullout couch, perfect for accommodating an additional guest. Sip your morning coffee on the private balcony taking in beautiful mountain views, or unwind indoors with your favorite shows on the large smart TV. The well appointed kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and essentials, making it easy to enjoy meals in. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a complimentary coffee bar!

In the summer months, enjoy direct access to the Pemigewasset River via the scenic pathway behind the hotel, and don’t miss the chance to visit the famous local swimming spot, "Lady’s Bath." Stroll along the endless walking trails just steps from the building, or relax in the heated outdoor pool area, perfect for soaking up the mountain sunshine.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire condo, including a private bathroom and a private balcony with scenic mountain views. Enjoy the convenience of free on site parking, a dedicated ski locker for gear storage, and complimentary shuttle service to the ski mountain base camps. You'll also have access to all of the Hotel’s amenities, including the indoor and outdoor heated pools, jacuzzi, fitness center, coin operated laundry, game rooms, and all other common areas throughout the property.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of Lincoln, NH, the Lodge at Lincoln Station offers an unbeatable neighborhood setting for your White Mountains getaway. Located right on the Pemigewasset River and just steps from NH‑112 (The famous Kancamagus Highway) you’re perfectly positioned to access year‑round outdoor adventure. Hike iconic Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge, or Mount Pemigewasset within minutes, or follow scenic river paths right from the condo.
Food and fun are always nearby with charming local cafés, restaurants, breweries, and shops are all within walking distance. In summer, cool off at Whale’s Tale Water Park or explore the Hobo Railroad and Granite State Scenic Railway.

Getting Around:
Guests have access to free parking in the large parking lot located at the resort. During the winter months, the resort provides guests with shuttle service, to and from the Loon Mountain and South Peak bases. This shuttle can be reserved at the Front Desk at the Resort.

The town of Lincoln also offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. Please note, this shuttle service is Cash Only. Information on how to reserve this shuttle is listed in the Welcome Book located at the home.
