Loved everything and will stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful

I was in Lincoln visiting family with a side trip to Omaha to attend the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders' meeting. I spent r 4 nights at the hotel and was very pleased with my room.

The staff was great! Super nice! The room was not clean. The bed had hairs all over it. Between the sheets and on the top of the bed, in addition to the pillows. You could hear the people in the other room and above you very easily. The pipes ran through our room so you could hear that every time someone flushed the toilets. The price was high for what was offered. Plus side had a great steak at lazlos!

We were in Lincoln to visit our daughter. There were plenty of great restaurants to choose from nearby. We also stopped at the Aura Lounge in Holiday Inn to watch the end of the game. Went to check in and it took a few minutes for anyone to show up...busy I guess

We stay frequently at this hotel as it is close to family and South Pointe Mall. Great restaurants, shopping, and movie theater in the area. Bit of an issue with the coffee maker, but one call to the front desk and it was quickly remedied by the person on staff!

We arrived to the hotel at 3 p.m., which is check in time, only to wait an entire hour before we could actually get into our room. The staff was not the least bit friendly about our inconveinece and acted as though they were annoyed because my one-year-old did not want to sit still in the waiting room. After I requested a discount for our wait, the staff member remarked "I don't think so" in an irritated manner. The general manager ended up giving us free breakfast. While the wait staff for the restaurant was extremely friendly, the food was not the greatest. On the plus side, our room was PERFECT. Clean, cozy and newly renovated. The swimming pool was nice, but a little chilly and there were no towels by the pool. Overall, not the worst experience, but I wouldn't stay there again and definitely wouldn't recommened to anyone else.

We had to wait almost an hour past check in time to get into our room, which was frustrating with a one-year-old. The hotel gave us free breakfast to make up for it, but the food was only average. Our waiter was extremely friendly at Aura! The pool is very nice, but too chilly. All in all I wouldn't stay again due to numerous hiccups with the check in, but not a terrible place overall

it was a really clean and nice place to stay, very close to everything. only miscue is they charged me extra for something i have no idea about

Hotel was very nice and very much up to date. Pool was fun and also has a bar/resturant if you dont want to travel to far.

We arrived before check-in time and our room was not yet ready so we were provided with a nice room to relax in until we could go to our own room. The hotel is beautiful, from entering the lobby to the room. The floors were clean enough to let my little ones walk/crawl around on and not worry about shoes either. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because of cost. I always value a continental breakfast but that was not available without a pricetag. The pool and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed both with the kids. We were in town the day the Lincoln Marathon was happening so that effected our travel time. There was a "Fraternity Formal" going on the night we stayed, so there was a bit of noise, but the staff was friendly and said they were trying to keep all the activity on the main floor and we didn't have much of problem with that except that we were the first room after getting off the elevator so we could hear sounds from on and off elevator chat. Overall- an excellent stay!

I picked this hotel because it was built more recently than other hotels in the area. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was relatively quiet (my room was right by the elevator so I heard that noise from time to time), the hotel was very clean, and it was a good deal for the money. I've stayed in another Holiday Inn in Lincoln and it smelled like smoke and the beds were horrible - like sleeping on a wooden board. This place was MUCH nicer. The only criticism I have is that when I went to take a shower in the morning I didn't get a lot of hot water. It was like their hot water ran out so I was stuck with slightly warmer than luke warm water.
