We were called and told we had to move rooms because tub wasn’t working. So when we got back we moved to a different room which was fine but it was very smoky we don’t smoke. We told the person at the desk the next morning and she was not friendly about it said we should of told them immediately because now we might get charged. Well the cleaning people should have told them before we got the room because it was obvious it was smoked in beforehand because there was cigarette butts in the room.
My daughter was disappointed with the dirtiness of the hotel. I booked the hotel because it had a pool but that was out of order.

Ac didnt work in first room we were given and smelled. Second room was much better and ac worked.
People were friendly and they loved our pet. When needing something they were helpful.
All good, easy on off I 80, very nice bed. Bag breakfast was good in light of covid
The hallways appeared dirty. Room was okay. Ice machine was out on the 1 and 3 floor and it took me awhile to figure out where a working machine was.
The front desk staff was friendly and the room was decently clean however there was no hot water and over flowing dumpsters of trash inside near the entrance
Very clean and comfortable. Biscuits were hard at breakfast but everything else was ok.
The room was very clean and well maintained. Check in with Dejah was super, and I understand that it was her first day!
