Chase Suite Hotel Lincoln

Very nice clean hotel. Great value for the area. A little older than others in the area but still well maintained. Very comfortable beds. I would recommend Chase Suites to all my friends and family.

staff great, however when checking in only 1 person at desk checking in and taking reservations, bed did not appear to be normal queen size. Pillows ( most important to me when sleeping) were flat, lumpy, tiny. Did get 1 extra from desk that was usable.

We have stayed there a time before and were surprised to get a fireplace in this room. Fun!

The stay we had was really nice. We enjoyed the private quarters w kitchen and cornered off bathroom area. The only things that could have been better were the distance to the clubhouse for breakfast and the rude staff when we went to check in. We felt more like suspects in a crime than guests. Thanks

An obvious makeover with an eye to economy. Everything "worked" but the room smelled "old". And it was obvious that the property is not steadfastly maintained. I'll be back to Lincoln, but won't be staying there again.

Our room was very clean. My daughter loved having her own room and bathroom. Breakfast was good too.

We came for the Nebraska Oregon game. Great hospitality all around.

My initial impression of the room was not the best as the carpet and other finishes were obviously quite old. But it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and it was nice to have the extra space and full kitchen. What really impressed me though was the team working there. They were very accommodating to guests and helpful above and beyond what I would have expected. I was there during a time when there was a number of guests that had vision limitations or were blind - I watched the staff there each morning at breakfast help them with everything they needed, direct them towards things they asked for, and truly care that they were comfortable. It was heartwarming and truly impressive. The breakfast was amazing each morning and rated well above what I've experienced in other hotels. The front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping crew would say hi and wave. It felt like a family or home, not a hotel. Well done Chase Suites!

Check in was a breeze since I had made the reservation on line. My room was very nice can comfortable Internet access was quick and easy which was great since I had several items for work that needed to be finished. Location was a little off the main streets but not to difficult to find. I could hear muffled walking on the floor above but really not excessive at all.

We booked online in advance of a surgical procedure nearby. The shower curtain and rod nearly fell down. The bathroom sink had a variety of interesting stains. Plus no ice!

We had stayed here years ago.Based on our suite, the place has seen better days. It just looked 'tired'.Maintenance and repairs {painting.caulking plumbing} looked amateurish. The vanity sink was cracked and the drain was partially plugged. We had freezing rain during our stay. Little if anything was done to make walking safe. I slipped and fell in the parking area when returning to the room.

Clean, convenient, cost effective hotel. Love the "cottage" feel. My new home in Lincoln.

I liked the room, staff, and breakfasts. Two aspects for improvement: old couch and smell of cleaners.

We stayed overnight. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms are suites, with kitchen. the bed was very comfortable, room clean, shower fine. Looks like extended stays are the norm, as right across the street from a cancer treatment center. Nice pool and hot tub, no fitness room. Breakfast complimentary, but below average content in my opinion.

The Room was great, I did think it was a little weird that it had a kitchenette and everything for the price, it seems more like a place you would stay for a while. Over all it was good though, The only issues I had was you have to be 21 to check in there, even if you paid for the room and everything!

We love the place is set up to feel like home. Breakfest was good and the help were great. The only thing I would suggest is to move the TV to a more central place in the room. It's a little far away watching it in bed. I will probably always come back here when in Lincoln.

Very clean, quiet, and affordable hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean on the inside. Kitchen had all you need. Good enough that we will probably return next year.

The rooms were kept very clean. We had no idea that our rooms were more like apartments or we would not have gotten upstairs. For two middle-aged women just coming out of knee surgery it was horrible navigating stairs. We did not request room change due to us arriving late for our appointments in lincoln. There should have been more information about what type of hotel they were. They were very quiet and well maintained.

This hotel is superb, from the great staff to the rooms and location. After having lived in Lincoln for years, this return trip for five days was the first time I'd ever had a need for a hotel. This hotel is away from the hustle and noise of downtown, though only minutes from it. Westfield Mall is within walking distance, as are several restaurants and pharmacies. The staff was cordial, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful, while the cleaning staff did an excellent and discreet job of cleaning and sanitizing. In the future, this would be the ONLY place I'd stay when visiting Lincoln.
