They are under construction. It is a total inconvenience for the guest, the noise, the dust, many facilities are not fully working such as the elevators. At least, they should warn the guest they are remodeling. They should not fully blindfold the guests to come into the hotel without knowing they are walking into a big construction site!!!!!

We arrived to the hotel and the front desk agent told us they didn't had availability on the room we booked and didn't offered us any suitable solution for our stay (transfer us to another hotel). When we were about to leave she realized she did had a room and offered it to us (but we had to insist her to look for it). We almost didn't had a room for our stay and we weren't offered any suitable solution for this overbooking issue.

The location is very close to everything. The staffs are very friendly. It was expensive for the quality of the the room.

Had to stay there for a last minut meeting, the place was okay, I expected more from the place since i know the area of miraflores is a really beautiful place in lima (very close to the beach), The breakfast they offer was wonderful.

My stay here was very pleasant. The staff were very nice and helpful. Locaton was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Room was clean and located in a great location. Staff was ready to assist at all times. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel had a very helpful front desk, who were also kind enough to accomodate me for one night when I had to suddently cancel due to a canceled flight. This was unexpected due to the terms of purchase. I appreciate their understanding. I stay abroad a lot on business, and I have to say the front desk at this hotel was one of the best I've seen. The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds and nice features in the room, tv, safe etc. My room didn't have a desk, which I would have found bothersome had I been traveling on business. But, for pleasure it was fine. They are redoing some of the rooms now it seems, and construction was a bit noisy at times. But, it was not horrific as I have seen at other hotels. Breakfast was simple, but nice. The bathrooms could use a renovation as some of the tiles have become damaged over time. Overall I would give them about 3.5/5 stars. As value for money, 4.5/5.

The only thing we didn't like is that it was tucked away on a side street. A little far from the airport for our liking. However everything else was good, the room, the breakfast was wonderful, they didn't have wifi but had two computers for guests to use. Their staff was very helpful as well.

Super great location in the middle of where you want to be in terms of distance to great parks, walkable city streets, and the ocean. The hotel has an amazing free breakfast and nice bar, but the rooms themselves are not really that great. There isn't a problem with them...just average and not cozy. I have only ever stayed at this hotel in Lima, so it's hard for me to make a comparison.

Excelence in serving and supporting during my staying

Good location close to the sights in Miraflores. Hotel was clean. Rooms were on the smaller side but great value. We were only there for one night before going to the airport the next day. Would recommend for someone looking for a value place to stay.

Met our son at the end of his 2 year church mission..toured much of Peru

OK hotel, a little old but clean, comfortable and good breakfast

great experience, friendly staff, clean room and great location.

My hotel room needed a complete bathroom remodel.Beside that the hotel was ok.

very old hotel , not convenient restroom not clean and shower are very old with humidity smell. a lots empty room . divider wall are not thick enough. can hear neighbor talking.

It's the second time I stay at this hotel and I would recommend it . The location and the services are great. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

This was a very comfortable hotel located in a great neighborhood. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful.

Average 3 star hotel, except my toilet leaked on the bathroom floor. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful.

10 minute walk/jog to the beach, 2 blocks to take the bus for downtown Lima, short distance to a lot of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast!

Dear guest Thanks for your visit. From October 2016 we reported on the page of Orbitz.com and all the pages Expedia group that in December we started a remodeling process until February 2017. We modified the rates so that they are 100% flexible and Cancellation with zero penalty. Some guests indicated that they did not want to stay and canceled the reservation and helped them to get another hotel nearby and in the same category. We did not close the attention because we had several corporate and families that already had planned to come and did not bother the remodeling. From the 1st of March the hotel is 100% operational: new elevator, new and more comfortable rooms, restaurant - lounge and lobby totally refurbished. We hope you can visit us so you can see the changes

Dear Guest We appreciate your stay and your rating. Reviewing the history of reservations, his last minute we fall, if we had the room available but no proper beds accommodation that is all double twin rooms were no marriage. the cameras were reviewed during his time in reception and noticed his expression surprised nor did we see you are approaching the door to leave. During his time at reception command to put a convertible room and give it to the marriage you requested. Our staff if I solved the problem at the time. It was not oversold and we had to change hotel. We hope to serve them again at the next opportunity
