The property was quite fantastic. I loved it and plan to stay there if/when I visit Lima again. The staff were super friendly and helpful, but I knocked off just 1 point because their willingness to help was sometimes a little too excessive. I had a "silence please" sign on my door one day and then in the evening when I was napping before a flight was awoken by a call from front desk asking me if I needed to have my room cleaned. When eating at breakfast, staff would very often watch you and ask you if everything was ok every few minutes. I really appreciate their helpfulness, but a slightly "hands off" approach would have made the stay perfect.
