Stopped for the night on the way back from Florida. Huge suite rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and had lots of space compared to all the other comfort Inn's we stayed at on our travels.
Very comfortable and very well priced. Quiet, convenient and courteous staff. Just one quick exit north of all the good dining options - but so well priced - very very worth it! Also as comfortable and clean as a Hampton Inn.
Stopped overnight while on our way north. Everyone was great, especially Dee Saturday morning at breakfast. The room was clean and very quiet. The only reason I downgraded was because the breakfast could have bee a bit better.
Located in a spacious area just off I65 Loads of parking and attractive grass surrounds. Impressive lobby. Large rooms with quality furnishings and attractive decor. Comfortable beds. Lots of room and tables in breakfast area which is located on second floor. Plenty of good restaurants two miles away. Very good experience overall.
We stayed here recently while traveling through the area. It was easy get to, not far off the freeway. Check-in was easy. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
Stopped here just passing through the area. Found the hotel in a book that we picked up at the welcome center. Have had a bad stay out of those books before so asked to see a room before we decided to stay. Was pleasantly surprised! The entire room looked like it had just been renovated. Everything was new and clean! Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of selections, hot and cold items! I would recommend you ask for a even number room. You hear quite a bit of interstate noise in the odd number rooms. Hotel was smoke free and didn't allow pets! Fridge in room (no freezer). No microwave in room. Staff was very nice.
We stayed here for the night passing through to Michigan. The room was fine and you could tell they were trying to keep it up to date. The hotel layout is very strange though. It was easy to get turned around. Also, we have 3 kids with us and the luggage that comes with them...it would have been nice to know that they didn't have an elevator before checking in. I would have requested a 1st floor room.
The room was clean and beds comfortable. All amenities such as coffee , shampoo etc. were all there. Breakfast was good and well presented. Desk staff were quick and friendly. All in all a pleasant stay.
My husband was called to work in Lima. 3 hours away from his family. The first few weeks were ok but then all the hotels were selling out, price gouging all the workers and overbooking meanwhile only letting them reserve one week at a time. I called the Chamber of commerce in Lima. When my husband was called back to work locally for an extended opportunity to put him back home with his family he had 3 weeks of reservations left. My husband booked a "non-refundable" reservation at this hotel for 2 weeks and another hotel down the road for one week (you will find my glowing review of the other hotel on trip advisor as well) We pleaded for this hotel management to refund the over $1200 they had taken already (he hadn't stayed yet) keep in mind this is the only hotel who made the workers pay before they stayed as its at the discretion of the "management" through booking.com. We even asked for 1/2 refund as we understood one of the weeks was shorter notice but the final week was 3 weeks away and they were proudly 120% booked. Nothing. Not one dime would they refund. They took my husband's money for his week and sold his room to another worker in the area making 200% plus. The other hotel - happily cancelled his reservation. No questions asked and said they can sell it to someone else. The owner at the Comfort Inn in Lima is a poor excuse for a human being. Karma will visit you one day sir.
Really enjoyed our stay. It was booked a few seconds in advance, from the road. The extra pillows we requested were in the room and they had no problem putting us on the top floor. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficent.
