The room was great to rest, beautiful, spacious, clean and with a nice bed. The neigborhood is safe and nice to walk. Breakfast was included, delicious fruits and pastries Great location! Ananay staff is great too!
I stayed here for 7 nights for my business trip in Lima, decent rooms, cozy bed, helpful staffs, the location is very calm and near to most of embassies and major business place of san isidro..Food was average.Overall it was an good experience if not great!
This hotel is ok, but that's all. Service is good and the hotel is clean, with comfortable bed. However there are much better options for this price. Walls are too thin and you can listen to the security guards walking down the halls during night, almost as if they were walking inside your own room.
It is a nice hotel with extra big room! The bed is very comfortable and big. The breakfast is good but a bit humble. The location is very good. It is located near a nice park: El Olivar. Very safe area and quiet.
Overall I enjoyed my stay. This hotel is located in a nice area of Lima, however I didn't notice too much around the area of interest. There was a few restaurants but that was pretty much it. The lobby is lovely and modern, breakfast is also served here. Staff were very nice and attentive. The rooms were very different to what I expected; bright and multi coloured. However they did provide the basics necessary for a good stay; large room, great beds, minibar etc. A major downfall for me however was the shower it had no pressure at all and was very hard to simply was my hair. The breakfast was the standard continental but enough to start the day. I'm not sure if I would stay here again but my stay was overall OK.
Hotel has adequately sized room. They stored our luggage when we had to go to out-of-town tours. Our requests were attended to. Staff is always helpful. The location is in the business district. Thanks to the staff, esp. Ricardo for the help.
This was the worst hotel (term used lightly as I would call it a hostel) I have ever stayed in. Calling it a four star hotel in UK terms would be illegal. I would suggest 2 stars at best. We had two rooms booked and neither of the safes worked in either room, which seemed a little suspicious to us. There were no facilities eg tea / coffee in the room. We were jet lagged so woke up at 4am needing coffee - called down to '24 hour room service' to ask for coffee to be brought to our room and to our astonishment they simply said 'NO, there is no one available'. Breakfast was appalling and inconsistent. The paint work in the rooms looked like a three year old had done it. Building works apeared to be under way with very loud hammering for lengthy periods of time. It took 20 mins to check out, which I thought excessive. Please, please, please avoid this hotel at all costs! You have been warned!
Booked this hotel for only two nights. The house is well locted in San Isidro, rooms are nice, clean and very modern – but all in all it's lacking that one creative idea that would make the hotel some kind of special. The wooden panels on floor and walls make a stylish look but it needs to add some warm contrast to all that hard surfaces. Beside the style the rooms are very basic – no mini bar, no locker to put clothes away; only an open shelf to store all things. Felt like in a hostal not in a hotel. Reception staff was very bad in english made it difficult talking about some questions e.g. about laundry services. Breakfast was very basic, too – devinitive in hostal quality. In the evening we tried order some food but it took 30 minutes to get served two pots of tomato soap, a beer and a bottle of water. But only they had four guest in the restaurant ! Ordered coffee never was delivered. To my opinion this hotel must rework it's price politics. Price is definitively too high for that basic house. Than it would be a great place to discover modern Lima
Ex Hotel Conquistadores, has just what you need to rest and eat a good breakfast, fair size rooms, a good internet sign. It does not have a proper business center. Very good service, good location. Clean, properly maintained. Price is high compare to overall quality. It is OK.
Clean small hotel with very nice and helpfull staff. We had a little accident with the reservations and the hotel solved everything professionally and to my fully satisfaction. The hotel is in a good area of San Isidro, close to execellent restaurants and expensive shopping stores. The building and hotel is older but well modernized, fast Internet (works only when television is turned on), clean bathrooms, small but good breakfast. The price is absolutely within the limits. Recommendable place.
