Villa Egles Apartments Lignano Sabbiadoro Beach is located 800 meters from the sea, reachable in 3 minutes by car and bicycle and 10 minutes on foot, a few steps from the Marano lagoon, with a splendid naturalistic panorama to admire during walks.

The location of the apartment is unique, the terrace overlooks the Arena Alpe Adria park, where concerts and shows are held.
All services are nearby: children's playground, restaurant, petrol station, Arena park, bank, shops, a splendid path overlooking the Marano lagoon that will take you to the Darsena.

The apartment has been cared for and studied in the smallest details:
- a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed to accommodate 4 people;
- a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower;
- living area with table for 4 people, television and kitchen area with induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and no frost fridge;
- terrace with table for 4 people and washing machine;
- All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters;
Guests will be provided with sheets, blankets, towels and pillows.

Parking space
The apartment has a reserved parking space for one car. The size of the parking space is 5.10 meters by 2.47 meters.

Terrace
Villa Egles Apartments overlooks the Arena Alpe Adria, a well-kept park, where shows and concerts are held.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, refrigerator with no frost freezer.
It is forbidden to organize parties.

- From May 1st to September 30th the payment of the tourist tax is mandatory and is equal to 0.70 euros per person per day, to be paid at check-in in cash;
- Check in times are from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. - For check-ins outside the hours indicated on Vrbo (from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm), a surcharge of 20 euros will be applied to be paid at check-in. Check-ins outside of these hours must be agreed with the host and will be accepted subject to availability. Check-ins will not be accepted after 11:00 pm.
- Wifi is available and is self-limited to 15 GB per day (in the summer period the network may be subject to slowdowns).
