Our cozy three room apartment is placed about 500mt from the beach, a few steps away from the town centre of Lignano Pineta and from the Hemingway park, with its 40.000 sqm of stunning greenery. It is indeed the most ideal place to take a relaxing stroll or to play with your children. Not far, you will have the chance to enjoy the olympic pool, the Aquasplash, the Gulliverlandia-park and the amusement park Strabilia. In close proximity there are food stores, snack bars and pizzerias. Our flat features satellite TV set, air con, free WI-FI, a safe box and one numbered parking place. The residence is equipped with outdoor lighting. Our apartment, located on the ground floor, offers a cozy living-dining area with a double sofa bed and a handy cooking corner, a bedroom with 3 beds, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower (curtains) and a terrace and private fenced garden with table, chairs and sunbeds.
