Super 8 Lexington Winchester Road

Recent guest reviews

Reasonable accommodations for little money. No vending other than soda, but fast food & convenience stores within walking distance. Pleasant and helpful staff, but housekeeping could work harder as evidenced by lingering traces of previous guests in bathroom and sink areas. I might stay there again if I was trying to get by as cheaply as possible, but another $20 would put me in a much nicer place.

Room was ok for overnight and what we needed. Husband traveling to pick up son. Would not want to stay for an extended time.

It's a Super 8,it's not great, but they kept the room clean - there was a microwave and fridge and cups, the ac worked. Stayed for 2 nights, it wasn't my first choice but it fit my budget.

a little dated but if you are just passing and looking for sleep ! I would recomend

I will be glad when the remodeling is finished. We stay here because of the location. The sink was sluggish and the baseboard was on the floor instead of the wall. The water was yellow. The breakfast is good and the location is great. Since we don't spend a lot of time in the room, it is an okay place to stay for the money.

I was in Lexington on business. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

We requested a disabled person's room. I have had 8 back surgeries. We thought it was fine since we weren't notified. But, we were on the second floor with no elevator. The hotel was less than half full, but they wouldn't make a change with our room. Also, the room wasn't very clean. We didn't have vacuuming our entire visit. We did get clean towels and emptied garbage. No clock!

i was greeted by a young woman at the front desk named tasha. She was a pleasure to talk to and did here job of hospitality to perfection. Sadly thats where the good ended. horrible management, wood floors so everyone sounds like 800 pounds, thin walls, noisey plumbing, never any hot water, down and out people everywhere, just a bad experience. except for poor tasha.

Not being familiar with the area, we chose super 8 figuring it would be pretty good based on experiences with other super 8 motels we have stayed at. It was nothing fancy but it was clean and easy to get to from the airport and other attractions that we went to.

Well first of all the front desk lady when I checked in was so rude I almost cancelled my hotel stay. Other then that it was ok

I overlooked the stained comforter, the dirty tub, and the roaches in the hallway. What I can't get over is the inconsiderate staff that wads my clothes up and throws them in the corner with no regard for common courtesy and decorum. I chose it because it was this chain and cheap. I am not used to that being a bad combination. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this one... I couldn't stomach staying the second night that they kept my money for.

We were on our way home from Myrtle Beach S.C.. It was a long drive and we needed a place to sleep. This hotel met and exceeded all my expectations. I almost did not book at Super 8 because we stayed at one in Asheville N.C. and it was not good at all. We all really enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel staff was very friendly. The reservationist at the front desk was keeping everyones messes cleaned up, and was not sleeping in the office when i checked out. The super 8 in Asheville the reservationist was sleeping and did not keep up with the breakfast that kept runnning low.

For a single night stay, this motel was good for the price. There was a microwave, refrigerator in the room, and the room cleanliness was average. The staff was very polite and there was a large breakfast selection.

We had a week off and were going to take a couple of days to drive from Chicago to the east coast. This was about as far as we could get after work Friday. We just needed a place to crash and hit the road the next day. Room was clean, bathroom was weirdly large for a basic hotel, bed was clean and flat, although I'd say it was pretty hard. We got in late and slept through breakfast, but it looked like they did a decent spread (biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, etc) and I was still able to snag some coffee for the road. No issues with check-in or check out. Hotel is literally right off the highway, you take the off-ramp around, turn right, and there you are. Parking is easy, no room is too far from the lots. I would have no problem staying here again.

Quiet,peaceful

The hotel was clean, but in need of some maintenance. Good location with a family restaurant and several fast foods immediately adjacent. The hotel has a typical breakfast buffet.

When I checked in the Front Desk the woman was rude. I then got to the room and it smelled like 300 Sailors chain smoking back to back. I then went to the store to buy 3 candles and Febreeze. By the next morning the smell was still there, and I woke up sick as a dog. I will NEVER EVER stay at a Super 8 Motel Again!!!

cheap. i guess that's why it wasn't perfect. staffnice

Excellent choice for the traveler who needs a budget motel to spend the night. Small room, but all that I needed to sleep. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Very helpful staff. I will stay there again.

Terrible, the lady behind the counter was not helpful and very rude. I have traveled allot in the states and a little abroad. This is the worse motel I have ever stayed in because of the rudeness of the lady behind the counter. Bad, bad, bad...
