The staff were friendly and the area isn't bad, however; the rooms smelt like stale cigarettes, the floor was dump/musty, and the building was in pretty bad shape. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room smelled bad and the screen on the window was broken. The decor was very old and needed updating. The bed was comfortable but I could not judge the cleanliness of the carpet. The bathroom was clean and I had plenty of hot water.
The smell of cigarette smoke was horrible in all areas of the hotel. The hallways, reception and even the rooms which were suppose to be Non-smoking. They tried to cover up the smell with deodorizers which just made it worse. The room was spartan, which a 1970's decor. The bathroom were clean and well maintained. It was the highlight of the room. The beds were hard and outdated.
The WiFi was out the entire stay. Our rooom smelled like smoke. The shower was awful. The water pressure & temputure kept changing. We had reserved two rooms months ago, they put us at opposite ends of the hall instead of next to each other. Last but not least, our room must have been next to a water heater, so every time someone got a shower we would hear it kick on. Not fun when you’re trying to sleep.
The room we stayed is dust everywhere--headboard of bed, table, chairs, and surface of TV stand. The breakfast was OK. There are some good cleaning stuffs today to clean a room. I believe that they can do better.
The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, great location, good amenities but the walls are paper thin. You can hear every shower, footstep, door slam, cars starting, very hard to sleep.
This will be one of the places to stay when we visit again. We needed an iron for the next morning, none was available. so if I stay again I will bring one next time. We were pleased, close to Wal-Mart/ Resturants.
Spent night before heading to Goshen. Perfect location for that. Plus Waffle House next door. But A/C, which worked fine, made a massive sound everytime it came on. After it woke me up for the the third time in an hour and a half, I just turned it off for the night. Fortunately, it was not that warm outside.
Door knobs falling off. Towel hook fell off wall when we hung up our towel. Stains all over the bed spreads. Not good at all.
Great location near Virginia Horse center, clean, comfortable bed and decent shower. Good place to stay for the money.
My room was clean,the staff were very nice and accomodating. The only complaint I have is the lack of TV channels, there could've been more cable channels:as compared to other rooms I have stayed in. For the price range in comparison to the other hotels nearby, this was a great deal! Would stay there again...
Good place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Asked for non-smoking room but was given a previous smoking room. Door to room had to be verified closed. Did not close all the way. Could have been a security risk. Other than that decent place to sleep for a night on the road. Waffle House next door for cheap food. Ruby Tuesday accross the Hiway.
Family reunion - very convenient location, pleasant staff. Everything was clean and well supplied. Room was booked during parents weekend at the colleges and a championship horse show. Had to take a smoking room. Bought an ionizing air filter from Walmart for $14 and that was enough to take care of the room.
