Not anyone's fault but the builders. Cramped bathroom...
Bathroom is tiny. Room was clean. It’s a great location with plenty of restaurants. Chick fil a is in walking distance, but they’re remodeling it. Plenty of other places to eat.
Every time I check in or out the front desk staff is smoking outside. When I left this morning, I walked into a cloud of smoke (my room had an exterior entrance). Room was renovated and nice, not much water pressure though. Walls are kind of thin, I could hear someone snoring!
I’ve stayed here before. Some upgrades are nice, but property is showing its age. Need vending machines that take credit cards. Very helpful staff
The facility was clean and generally good for the price. However, the elevator was very loud all night long. I got almost no sleep. Staff didn't seem at all bothered when I mentioned it.
My room was extremely noisy. Could hear every step taken from the room above. And we were located right next to the vending machine and elevator.
Property was close to our reason for being in Kentucky The property was in ill-repair: outside doors could not be operated with the card-key supplied; TV and controls NOT user-friendly; not enough baggage setting space; bathroom appeared to have mold in shower area; no place to hang 'things' in bathroom.
Overall the inside of the building was neat and clean. The room was really nice and well represented by the online pics. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small. Both staff we encountered on our two night stay were very helpful and friendly and very accommodating getting us pool towels and extra shampoo/conditioner. The pool was clean and was great for families. The location was excellent. There were several great restaurants within walking distance. Walmart was within driving distance nearby. The outside of the building was a bit run down and was not nice like the inside. If you can get past the outside appearance, the inside is nice and the price was great compared to the other hotels nearby. The hot breakfast was very limited. Overall, it was a good experience.
The room was great and very clean, too! Two things disappointing... 1) The breakfast had hot waffle maker, but there was NO PROTEIN on the menu. No eggs, meat, peanut butter, or even cream cheese. Highly disappointing. The water tasted terrible the whole time we were there. Supposedly a local water supply problem, but even the OJ at breakfast smelled funny and tasted terrible! 2) Couldn't get WIFI to connect to on laptop...and staff available was not much help. The one person we talked to gave us a different code, but it only worked one time and we were there 3 days. We requested a call back by a manager, but never got one. Also, the phone jack in room is on opposite of room from the work desk. Not much help if you need it at desk. There should be management available to help even via phone if not onsite!

The property was nothing like the pictures show. On their web site. The room had a musty odor and was very out dated. Many of the electrical plugs didn’t work which made charging cell phones and laptops difficult. Our room had a kitchenette, but the sink has no running water, so it was useless. The ONLY ice machine for the entire hotel was on the first floor, and it went out the first night we were there, so there was no way to have ice other than stop at a convenience store each night and buy a bag. I was told they are under new owners and changes are being implemented. There is no way I would ever stay here again. There are too many other hotels within walking distance from this one. Overall, it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
The property was ran down, the cable cord was not hooked up, no remote control for the television. Wash cloths were dingy very disappointed.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Hotel is in the middle of everything and still remains quiet.
did have great sausage biscuit gravy with hotel breakfast. needed more seating for breakfast
The water pressure in the shower is terrible, almost all vending machines didn't work.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were in the suite with the hot tub. The tub filled quickly with HOT water. Very nice. The staff was really friendly even though we got there really late in the evening. We would go here again.
