It was a very nice stay with wonderful staff. Such a good location!!

Have stayed here before and both times it was a great stay.

Two Words: Fabric Softener. You guys could really use some. The towels felt like sandpaper. The pool which was advertised to open at 7 really opens whenever they feel like it. Which is frustrating, because we asked the front desk for pool towels, and were given more sandpaper instead. No one at the front desk told us the pool was still locked. We arrived at the pool which is at the far opposite end of the hotel, and found it was locked, we had to wait for over half an hour to have it unlocked. that is half an hour after I walked back to the front desk and asked for it to be unlocked. The pool inside was great though, water was warm, really great.

Run down and dirty. Would not recommend even for the price.

I don't even know where to start. I went down for Rolex at the Kentucky Horse Park and booked two rooms at this hotel, which has seen WAY better days. To start off we called to see if early check in was available and were told no, before being hung up on, when we weren't even done with our conversation. We arrived at the hotel and the outside of the property is run down, and currently under construction. The "public" areas are being renovated, but the dingy run down rooms, no thought of renovating them. Check in is at 3 pm, and we arrived very early at like noon, and were sitting in our car for about 2 hours, and then around 2 went inside to wait because we were tired & hot. By 3 pm we were ready to be given room keys, and because there was a shift change, we didn't get tended to until close to 3:30. Once we arrived to door 5, we opened the door and an unpleasant old musty smell smacked us in the face. We got in the rickety 1960s elevator and went to the second floor, where the smell of mold lingered. We opened our rooms 278 and 280 and were MORTIFIED! The first room 280 had BLOOD stain on the ceiling, and there were vacuum cleaner parts, and someone else stick of deodorant left behind. 278 had stains on the comfortable, hair in the sink, and pee still in the toilet, and the handle was put on backwards, so it was irritating. I went to the desk to mention my dissatisfaction and got eyes rolled at me. I was told by Michael there was another room available for me, 276, and the

Would not recommend staying at this hotel, regardless of price not a good deal.

Hallways smell like cigarettes, sketchy people and generally awful.

Many of the comments I read had to do with the need for an upgrade. Well, the construction was in full swing when we were there, and half the hotel was under construction. I have a sense that it will be nice once it is completed. Definitely check first. Also, the beds were hard, and they only cleaned our room once during the 4 days we were there. However, I requested fresh towels at the desk, and they gave me a pile. I also have to point out that the breakfast was nothing like what was in the picture. I'm diabetic, and there was literally nothing I could eat. For the weekdays, there were four sugary cereals and a variety of prepackages pastries and granola bars. That was it. Fortunately, there is a waffle house close to the hotel. During the weekend, they added white bread, biscuits and gravy, and frozen toaster waffles.

Was a little noisy the first night, but the second night was quiet.

Shower Curtain was Dirty, Did not have shampoo in room (only conditioner and lotion), fan in bathroom did not exist so entire bedroom and room felt moist

Illegal activity, not safe especially traveling with children. Keep On driving.

My daughter has really bad allergies. The room had been cleaned or sprayed with a very strong air freshener which caused her to have a reaction. She had to take Benadryl that caused her to sleep the entire stay

This hotel is not worth the money. Smells old and we found black mold on the bath rugs. The door knobs don't all work right. Doors has scratches on them. The carpet is very faded. The freezer had a lot of build up in it. For the price of the hotel just find another place

Much better than expected for the price. Very accessable to interstate.

Would not recommend this hotel. The sink did not even work in our room. The lounge only had bland fried food. would not stay here again.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant and helpful!

Many issues in my (2) night stay. I arrived Friday night. Took the elevator to the 3rd floor. Elevator could only fit 2 people with luggage. Small and dirty. Room key would not work. Had to go back to the desk and get new key. Attempted to take shower on Saturday morning. Tub was plugged with debris in the tub. Could not take shower. Toilet would not flush properly. Took two attempts to get someone to fix the tub. Got back to the hotel Saturday night. Could not get into the building nor the room. Went back to the desk. The key was not scanned for two nights only one so had to have the key rescanned to I could get into the room. They did acknowledge that the room was for two night and the key was scanned incorrectly. Went to the room to find all my shampoo and shower stuff gone. Apparently thrown out. Sat in bed and turned on the TV. The channel changer would not work. Hand to watch whatever was on the one channel I got. 45 minutes later a couple tried to get into the room using the key they had got. Apparently the room was double booked. They had to go to the front desk to get a different room. You cant make this stuff up. I have been to many hotels but never had so many things go wrong. As stated in the title, this is one place I will avoid in the future.

The staff was very accommodating in moving me out of a smoking room. The breakfast is pretty good and it's not located far from town.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! I was disappointed that the hotel lounge was closed on Final Four Saturday night! They did allow some of us to watch the television there.

This was the worst hotel/motel experience I have ever encountered. It appears the facility hasn't been renovated or cleaned since 1950. It smelled HORRIBLE. The carpet appears to never ever have been vacuumed. I was afraid to even place my luggage on the floor. I had to go an purchase cleaning and disinfecting products. The bathroom was frightening. My son saw a roach in the dining area. Only three people could fit into the elevator. If I could have gotten my money back, I certainly would have. I will never stay at another Ramada Inn!!! Ever!!!!
