Nice comfortable and clean room at a great price.

Newly Renovated, couldnt beat it for the price. Flat Screen tv, microwave, comfortable beds and large room.Clean

Did not like the location. Directly next door to a "gentlemen's" club. You basically have to drive through their parking lot in order to get to the hotel. The staff that was working the desk when we arrived did not want to be there and made it known. Our tv in our room took 10mins to "warm" up in order for the picture to even be visible and the remote did not work. The staff just said it was because of the age of the tv. Did not offer a different room. The breakfast was average.

The room was not all that clean when I checked in. It was very musty. There were no curtains on the window, only sheers, so the street light shone in all night. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The room was nice and served well for sleep.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, that is why I don´t give it a 5 star rating.

Service, location and pricing was great. Continental breakfast had a sufficient amount of food and variety. My family was not aware of any noise going on out in the hallways or throughout the hotel

The front desk staff was very friendly but the rooms were fair, bed was hard and walls needed to be cleaned. Free breakfast was okay and the pool was closed when we stayed.

I think it's what you should expect...you get what you pay for. It's definitely a good value for being in the Lexington area on a football/racing weekend. However, while the room was generally clean, it was very old and run down. The bathtub was mildewy and there were stains/dirt on the walls. Also, I was not too happy about the check-in/check-out hours. Check-in is 4pm, where many hotels are 3pm, and check-out was 11am (not noon like others). When we called for an earlier check-in, they said they were not able to accommodate. Breakfast hours were 6-9am, even on weekends, which is a bit frustrating. Staff were pretty friendly. So overall, good for the budget but don't expect much more!

We stopped at this hotel on our way to Detroit for a funeral. We checked in at 2 am to sleep for only 6 hours before needing to get back on the road. Around 4 am, a stranger entered our room and was standing over us when they turned on the light and woke us up. We called the front desk who said they knew what had happened and then hung up! I complained about it when checking out the next morning after not sleeping anymore. The man at the desk apologized, but offered no solution and even questioned our honesty. I will never stay at the Comfort Inn again. It is not SAFE!

Except for breakfast attendant, no one seemed happy to be alive, especially the manager.. The room was very musty, moldy, bleach smelly. Breakfast was average to above and breakfast facilities apopeared clean and pleasant.

had to stop with family on my way to south carolina. This place had a lot of truckers. parking as hard to find.

Everything was great except the fire alarm exercise. I believe some of the kids staying in the hotel actually pulled the device. Fire department came and solved this all before 10PM. Good job. I had a good night there.

When I arrived the desk clerk was rude. I saw I had a smoking room... I requested non smoking..He stated You get what you pay for and you pay for smoking...UM NO I DID NOT!!..Go into a room on the first floor that smells like an ashtray...Curtins would not close...there was a party in the hallway all night..called desk a about that.."We are trying to get it under control" is the response...The bed linens had cig burns in them...It was me and my daughter...I did not feel safe..and would not go back!

We were lookiing forward to visiting Lexington, until we reached our Hotel. The Manager had the personnality of a dead fish, in fact he barely acknowlage us at check in. We had arrived about 30 minutes befor check in,when I asked if we could check in,he shook his head and turned his back to me. So we came back at 4:00 pm legal check in time. Check in was no better for the staff, short and alouf. By 4:30 in our room we found 1 bath towel,we did manage to get the last towel avalable so we wouldnt have to share one. There was no towels at the pool and we were informed that there would be none. The pool water seemed clean however the concete deck around it had a green tinge to it. Needless to say we didnt spend mush time in the pool or this Hotel. Since we were passing through Lexington we decided to chalk this one up to a learning experience.[...]

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. Room was very clean and enjoyable.

Good hotel for the price. Good location is wonderful city. Wild assortment of restuarants not too far away. Only criticism: breakfast closes at 9:00am; not good for us retirees.

Most of the staff was very courteous, however when I requested assistance printing my boarding pass for the following day's flight, the clerk was not at all helpful and referred me to the Pak-Mail across the street. I have never had a problem while traveling before, and was disatisfied with his attitude. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable.

My stay at Comfort Inn Lexington was much more than I expected. The staff were super helpful and friendly and demonstrated true "Southern hospitality". The room was very clean, as was the pool area. (The hot tub jets were unfortunately not very strong which eliminated a much needed water jet back massage)! The location was ideal -very close to the interstate but my room was very quiet. Hotel is within walking distance to Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans restaurants and a huge Walmart store. I would rate this motel very highly and definitely will book a return stay when I visit Lexington again.

Staff friendly, rooms clean. Breakfast was ok.

Good location good staff good price. The breafast was just ok. The shower curtains are cheap and do not stay closed. Otherwise it was a quiet night stay.
