Friendly service. Clean room. Comfortable bed!! Followed Covid guidelines.

It looks deserted and somewhat unkept outside. When I drove up, I thought they had gone out of business.

Rude Nathan front desk. It's a resort be he doesn't want to tell you anything about it. You know the nice pics of rooms on Orbitz? Doesn't matter what you book because Nathan is going to give you any room he pleases. Then when you show your booking information he has an attitude. That was the first impression. Finally I got the room I booked and it is very dated with old furniture and a musty mold balcony. This place is like an old rusty ship that was probably really cool once but not now.....

Bourbon testing was good. Property is aging. Valet service was slow and absent on one occasion.

I just love this hotel. The staff sets a calm pleasant atmosphere. They are engaging and helpful and professional. They set the bar very high that other hotels would be hard pressed to match. I had a LG box to be shipped and ran late for s flight. They took care of it We needed suggestions about the local area. They have tons of helpful information. Room service was quick and delicious choc cake in massive slices enjoyed by all I returned home and told a friend we I was and she said " Griffin Gate is one if her favorite hotels as well". Great stay. We will be. Back again next summer.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean and the hotel grounds were very nice. It was close to the airport, and Kentucky horse park. We enjoyed our stay! Good at restaurant was just ok but there is Starbucks on premises.

Nice clean hotel spent the weekend with the wife didn't have to leave once between the restaurant the bar and the spa. Will definitely be back.

Terrible view moldy dirty building need power wash and repainted no mini bar or refrigerator.

We had a 5 inch centipede on our ceiling the first night.

The room location was horrible, the room itself was far from handicap accessible and the cleanliness was disgusting. I had left message for manager to get back to me on all my issues and it's been 2 days and I've heard nothing!

Hotel needs MAJOR room updates. Lobby etc are good. Room cleaning terrible. Staff good to excellent. Golf course okay but repair 100s of divots on some tee boxes, bare earth holes everywhere. Not truly a resort hotel. Is it a franchise hotel? I bet it is!

Everything was clean and the staff was really nice. It seemed that they were understaffed at the pool snack shop and since it was a holiday weekend they probably should have had an extra person working there. Overall everything was great and they were very accommodating.

Awesome Beds, linens, pillows - was like sleeping at home. Had a first floor room with a walk out patio right next to the pool. Gorgeous rooms with granite counters, love the bathroom light, clean. Service was amazing. Spa was beyond amazing. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

A great place to stay; enjoy, pretty, and a great Pub and staff (all). Yes, will be back next year for Horse Show thanks! Have wonderful year!

This was a great hotel and resort. Excellent facility, location, and atmosphere. One of the nicest places I 've stayed at in a long time. Definitely reccomend.

Great and in a safe location! Nice indoor pool as well.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean and the hotel grounds were very nice. It was close to the airport, and Kentucky horse park. We enjoyed our stay! Good at restaurant was just ok but there is Starbucks on premises.
