Great to have the evening social and breakfast! Really convenient to Kentucky Horse Park.

Great hotel and location to visit the Kentucky Horsepark. We'll definitely come back here.

room was clean. breakfast was awesome. staff was friendly, would definitely stay here again.

Great experience. Staff very accommodating & knowledgeable about area. Nice room, quiet. Stayed one night and really enjoyed it. Food was good at hotel - lunch in bar & great breakfast. Went to a recommended karaoke bar in the evening and enjoyed it. Definitely would stay here again.

Was a great time, everyone was gracious, polite and helpful.

When we got there I had somehow booked a smoking double bed room. I cant stand the smell of smoke so we went back to the checkin desk and they switched us to a non-smoking king bed room with a sofa bed. We were happy just to have a room since most of the hotels in the area we completely booked. We got settled in and when I went to make the sofa . I discovered there were no pillows and the blanket was dusty. I called for pillows and blankets and was told it would be about 20 minutes do to a large number of housekeeping calls. An hour later I called back and was told that the dusty blanket was the only one I would get. They also told me they were out of pillows. I asked if the really expected me to sleep without a pillow. They said they would try to find me one. Luckily I had a pillow in the cat. So I went to sleep. Sometime after midnight I was awoken by a knock at the door with pillows. The next morning we went downstairs for the free breakfast. The line was so long that we moved three steps in 20 minutes. We had to leave to get breakfast because we had a graduation to go to. We liked the room. It is great to have the fridge and microwave. But they dont seem to be able to handle a large capacity of guest.

Loved the room. Nice a spacious. Comfortable bed and nce to have refrigerator and microwave in the room. The only problem we had was the coffee maker didn't work, but not a huge issue:)

We arrived at the hotel and were reminded of the evening reception, which was so nice. Cocktails and appetizers. The interior of the hotel was beautiful. I loved the courtyard effect with all rooms facing the courtyard. The courtyard was beautifully decorated. Our room was perfectly clean, the temperature in the room was set comfortably, the living room area was perfect for watching tv and talking. The bedroom area was large and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. I do wish the hotel had a jacuzzi/hot tub. They do not. The bar/restaurant offers lots of food choices. The morning breakfast could not offer anything else. It didn't miss an item that anyone would like to have. The made to order egg section also had everything you could want with a special egg/omelette order. Its close easy access to Keeneland Race Track was also a plus. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

This was a nice clean hotel. I would stay there again. It was nice that the staff was able to provide a list of restaurants that were open during the holiday season.

It was very nice. Plenty of space for family to spread out. Spent most of time visiting colleges nearby.

Great customer service

FRIENDLY-GREAT GET TOGETHER PLACE TO HAVE DRINKS AND DINNER. WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL.

GREAT

The Lexington Embassy Suites was a great hotel for our family. The location was easy to access from the highway. We were a short drive (maybe 10 minutes) to an area with a mall and lots of restaurant choices. The manager's reception was pretty good. Free beer, wine, and soft drinks, as well as veggie trays and chips and dips. The breakfast the next day was great. Cooked to order eggs (even omelettes) and pancakes. Lots of buffet choices: potatoes, meats, fruit, cereals, pastries. Paying a little more than a traditional two-bed hotel room, for a suite and the included reception and breakfast was worth it. Having a separate room and tv for the kids is totally worth it! We have decided to stay in an Embassy Suite whenever possible when we travel. It is the best family bargain out there.
