This hotel smells like mold and mildew (and it can be seen in the pictures I took). Very damp feeling and just generally yuck! Avoid if at all possible.

Chose Days Inn for price and location; arrived at hotel and went to the room; we requested to be moved to another room location due to an adjacent outside door in the room. We were given an upgrade which was bigger and on another level of the Inn. A suggestion is that some $$ be put into the bathroom and the carpet to bring it up to date.

When you first entered the building, the door key is broken. So much for the security. We booked 2 King bed room in a non smoking room. The non smoking room smelled smoke, old and sweat gym. My mom asked for a room freshener and was given one by maintenance guy who told her the building was built in the 50's. You have to wait 10/mins or so for the bath tub to drain. During breakfast they don't have pancake and fruits, they said delivery by Wed! And we were checking out Wed! We asked for receipt and they said they dont do that because it's booked to hotels.come which is BS. We booked Baymont inn before that and got receipt!

LAYOUT WAS OF THE ROOM WAS GREAT AND IT WAS VERY SPACIOUS. WE STAYED 4 DAYS. THE LOCATION WAS TERRIFIC AS WE WERE CLOSE TO TOWN BUT NOT TOO CLOSE AND CLOSE TO KENTUCKY HORSE PARK BUT NOT TOO CLOSE (10-15 MINUTES FROM JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING). AS AN ADDED BONUS THE HOTEL WAS ATTACHED TO A BAR/RESTAURANT THAT HAD MUSIC & DANCING EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK.

The hotel was nice. Kind of out dated. It was very clean and we loved the pool right outside our room.

Reservation non-smoking, 2 king beds, flat screen tv. Actual room smelled of smoke with cigarette burns on bed spread, 2 double beds, tube tv. After inquiring about it the staff said the hotel was having problems with all of their king bed rooms. How does that happen? None of the ice machines worked. Kitchen issues caused there to be no breakfast Saturday morning so they put some muffins in the lobby that lasted 2 minutes. Room also had an ant issue. No manager was on staff during one of their busiest weekends & at this point has yet to return a call from the message that was left for him. Bottom line, don't advertise what you don't have or can offer.

Wanted an inexpensive place to stay after a long day at the NASCAR track. What we got was a dated, smelly worn out room. The room was a nonsmoking room that came complete with 2 ash trays and 10+ cigarette burns in the bedding and furniture. The beds appeared clean aside from the finger sized cigarette burn holes in the bedding. I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton but wow....I wasn't expecting that either.

The bar with live music is a nice way to unwind from a hard day.

Our room was very clean.definitely worth the money .

Our visit to Lexington was very nice. We arrived before check-in time (we arrived at 7:00am) and the hotel staff let us check in without giving us a hard time. It was very sweet of them. The staff was wonderful- very friendly. Overall, our stay in Lexington was very nice.

I just wish it had a indoor pool for the rainy and cold days.

althouh dated...it is a good and clean place to stay

I have to admit that when we left this Days Inn (after a brief stop during spring break), our intentions were to give it a low rating because the outside door didn't lock and also because we found the wrapper from a Trojan rubber on our bathroom floor but...15 hours later after we discovered that our laptop was missing, we changed our minds COMPLETELY about writing a bad review. We immediately called Days Inn HOPING someone had found the laptop and they had! A very nice housekeeping lady had discovered it and took it to the front desk. WHEW! Then, on top of that, Ron, the front desk person was willing to box up the laptop and mail it to Florida for us! WOW! Unfortunately, UPS wasn't cheap so we decided to just stop and pick it up on our way home but we TRULY appreciated Ron's efforts. Everyone was pleasant and friendly to deal with. Kudos to the customer service and housekeeping staff at the Days Inn on N. Broadway!

I found out the service accidentally booked me a smoking room when I called to confirm my reservation. The lady on the phone was very sorry there weren't any non-smoking rooms, but tried to get me a room with a window that opens so that I could air out what I could. On check in the man was quick, polite, and laughed at my jokes. When I asked about the internet working, he offered solutions for me. The room, however, left much to be desired. It, of course, smelled of smoke. But there were stains on the light covers and some on the upper walls, especially in the bathroom. The shower fixtures were leaky, and not completely sealed. The TV was very old, and very green tinted. However there were a lot of channels. But, the channel guide in the room was wrong. The restaurant on site was friendly.

We found this hotel while on the road. It has the basics, but it stinks and looks a bit worn. The pool was nice. The continental breakfast was cheap and not worth the extra money. I have stayed in better and cheaper in the Lexington area.

We go to Keenland race track and the hotel is close to that. We like that we can walk from our car right into the room. We stay on first level. All employees are very nice and helpful.

This was a great location the hotel smelled the carpet was sticky and stinky. The bathroom was small frist day toothbrush fell in toliet from vanity. Housekeeping did not leave clean towels called front desk towels were there within 5 min. Staff frendly and helpful. Room felt dirty and saw one roach. Was told to go in entrance C for an elevator. Elevator was out of order so had to take 3 flights of stairs with luggage.

Since we were right off I-75, we could go north or east on the intersates very eastily, and since we were only 2 miles from the New Circle RD. there in Leximgton, we could get anywhere in the city very quickly. It was a great place, and the staff easily told us how to get places, and even looked up an obscure street address for me.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Nice hotel for the money.

It was a very good experience. The only concerns were the hallways and stairwells were stuffy and hot. Also, the ice and drink machines were right outside my door. I would suggest to the hotel that these types of machines should never be placed directly aacross from or next to a room. The staff was very friendly and accommodated all my needs.
