It was nice. We only stayed one night. They seemed to take care of the Covid 19 precautions, which is all you can ask for at this time.
Was quaint. Not a lush place, but decent for a night's sleep.
We enjoyed our stay the first time, and decided to stay here again.
The stay was great! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was hot. It was also close to things we wanted to do and see.
This hotel was very clean and staff were very nice
The staff is super friendly. For the price, it’s fine. The one problem is the wi fi didn’t work at all. Not at all. Which was super annoying. We had a group of 7. I know they were having problems with the internet provider but it was an inconvenience for us, and we obviously would have booked elsewhere had we known there was no internet service.
Convenient location, good parking, good breakfast
Room was fine, but wifi was almost nonexistent. Very slow and not consistent. Asked for and got a room switch but signal was not better.
Chose this hotel for price. The manager on duty was very responsive. But the room smelled musty and the pool was cloudy. Needs more attention to maintenance.
This was one of the better Red Roof Inn's I've been too. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was very happy to find that my room did not smell like smoke. I would give it five stars but I did have a yellow stain on one of my towels. I told the staff about it and they assured me they'd be more thorough in there wash process. I'm glad I chose this hotel and I plan to do business there again.
Room fine. Laundry room needed attention. Breakfast room needed attention and no staff to be seen
Knowledgeable staff, we are not from the area and wanted to eat good food because we've been traveling all day. The manager recommended a restaurant right down the road so it was very convenient and the food was excellent without being extremely expensive.
Excellent checkout times, specially if you are on vacation. Good location.
Booked this as a one-night stay en route to Asheville, NC (from Chicago). Booked a suite as we needed a kitchenette for our baby, and wanted the extra space for our toddler as well. Very spacious... carpets were kind of gross, but pretty much what you'd expect. In the bedroom, however, there was brown stuff dripping from the top of the window down... and I think we must have been right above or next to washing machines, because that noise was incessant all night long. Of note: Berea is apparently an alcohol-free county! We didn't know this when we booked it, and sorely needed a drink after a long day of driving with 2 kids... would have been good to know that we'd have had to drive 45mins further to pick up beers or a bottle of wine!!!
The receptionist was very accommodating as we checked in at 12:30 am. She told us we could out at 12 pm instead of at 11 am. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was very large, quiet and clean. The only disappointment was breakfast. No fruit or yogurt, and the only hot food were biscuits and gravy, but we did not try it.
Everything was great with my stay for the night. They did a professional job taking care of us...
Changing from Country Inn seems to be a down grade. Furniture and carpeting worn and need replacement. Breakfast is skimpy, powdered eggs, hard biscuits and meatless gravy.
Hotel has changed affiliations and looks liken it is getting worn. Rooms are clean and freshly painted, pool is very nice. Little things like carpets showing age, table have wear showing. Small breakfast selection. It is a good deal for a one night stay.

MS. Hannah, yes...unfortunately I am at war with the vendor now! Hopefully we can get this resolved prior to your next visit. Thank you again!
