Checking in, the evening staff was not very helpful. We had to ask and his answers were brief. That lead us to more questions. I gave up asking. Never saw the carts till the next day and no offer to where we could get one. Other than that, the day staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cold when we first got in but did warm up. No extra blankets were found, unfortunately. We would stay again because of convenience and spaciousness.

Hotel tries to be funky but doesn't quite hit the mark. No hot water one day. Only offers body wash.

Stayed for 8 days. Overall good experience. Room heater broke, phone didn't work, changed tv remote twice, towel rail fell off wall, refrigerator broke. Most were fixed but we ended up moving rooms. Very clean rooms. Nice bar and decent breakfast. Would stay again.

Nice, quiet hotel right off of 95 in Lexington. It is convenient to Boston. Hotel was very clean and staff were extremely friendly. Complimentary coffee is offered in the hotel lobby along with other items and snacks you can purchase. Only "issue" is the only sign for the hotel is quite small and can be difficult to see in the dark. As long as you are following gps you should be fine.

Great service and hotel is very comfortable. Very good overall

Room shades broken, tv poor reception. Room not well stocked. No breakfast

Not only was the design of the rooms and the lobby different from most hotels I have stayed at, but the hotel staff went overboard to help us change some rooms around when our party of 6 made some last minute decisions about who was staying and who was going. Great job. And dog friendly too.

A quiet hôtel with confortable rooms and helpful staff. Suggest more food choices be offered especially for supper.

This was probably the nicest room I have stayed in. I loved the big TV on the wall, the platform bed with comfortable bedding, the separate bathroom set-up. It was a treat to get $5 to spend downstairs for declining maid service each single night prior to checkout. I do prefer more than one bath towel per person, and the AC was loud every time it came on. Those were my only 2 complaints. Some complimentary breakfast items would have been a bonus, and the printers provided in the lobby with 2 computers never worked for us. It was easy on and off the main highways, but 30 minutes from Boston - worth the drive and value to me. The only reason I judged the staff only 4 stars was due to only one person at the desk at check out, taking breakfast orders, answering questions and checking people in and out. They were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will look for these when I travel again!

This is my fourth time to the Aloft and it gets better everytime. Going to Boston this is a great place to hold up before taking the subway into town.

This hotel was amazing. I loved the upbeat atmosphere.

Very trendy, I liked the bar, overall design and musik. Room are awesome I'm actually going to look for the same chain whenever possible.

Really.. this is the perfect little hotel... stylish... european minimal mixed with early 1970's. I liked it. And functionally.. it just worked.

The hotel was ok. Service was good and the bed comfortable. However, it was very noisy from the lobby to the air-unit to shower which screamed at you to the sounds from all the neighbors which was not muffled substantially.

They double charged our rooms, we booked through this travel program and we knew this's was going to happen. We asked them to verify so we don't get double charged. When we checked out, we asked again to make sure it isn't double charged. It got double charged. Makes me angry and frustrated that we talked to them about this and it still happened. Just my money and my time.... Wish there was a fine we could impose when they make errors in their favor, because it never happens in our favor.....

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the rooms are very well organized, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is the hotel seems to try to upsell on daily conveniences (like breakfast).

I liked the hotel. very nice and clean.my daughter enjoyed the stay also.

More set up for business traveler than vacationers. Nice clean place. Music is very loud in public area, storage in rooms minimal. We had very poor housekeeping, but the front desk was great at fixing the problems, every day... We liked the 24 hour food and full breakfast.

We had to find 6 rooms in a hurry to attend a family gathering in Lexington and wound up with five rooms at the Aloft and one at the Element just across the parking lot. The staff and facilities at the Aloft were just great, and they went special efforts to keep our group together. We all put our green tags on our doorknobs before turning in and in exchange for no room cleaning received $5 vouchers toward breakfast in the lobby breakfast bar in the morning. The lobby both here and the Element were terrific for getting together with family and friends. We would definitely stay here again.

It's nice to stay in a room that is not a cookie cutter of all hotel rooms. It was perfect for our needs.
