Everything was great. Chris at the desk was very welcoming at check-in and made the process seamless. My one complaint (I did not address with the hotel) was the ac in my room. It was extremely loud and clunky. It wasn’t enough for me to ask to switch rooms, but if my stay were longer I would have.

Very small rooms. The AC was permanently on, no way to change it to heater. A maintenance person was not available. We have to change room, from 304 to 307. The lock of the bath door was not working. Elevator was not clean.

The pool and hot tub needs to be painted and cleaned daily. Also, I am hoping people with pets are kept on a certain floor and not in all the rooms because not everyone is clean and bed bugs and flees is present in some rooms. First night was fine, after that bed bugs bit me. Could not sleep.

Check in was great, place is great but the only part I was not happy with was at check-out. the person at reception was smoking and talking to people outside at 5AM.

There wasn’t a a table with chairs so we had to eat on the bed. The maid service was not available on the weekends. We checked in on Thursday and Friday when I wanted maid service I would have to have schedule service the day before. We didn’t have maid service for our entire visit. I realize COVID-19 had a lot to do with the service. The breakfast was fair. The front desk personnel were GREAT. They were always helpful supplying towels and other items we needed. The beds were comfortable.

My boyfriend and I met here for a weekend getaway, and we were very pleased with the room and hotel location. Almost every store is just a short distance away, and the hotel was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend it.

It was a great location, very clean, great service.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed. Heavy doors kept outside noise to a minimum even though we were near the elevator and there was half a hotel of teenage kids staying at the hotel. Free breakfast is pretty decent but a little chaotic on the weekends. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is convenient to Lewisville/Coppell area and near some major highways. Exercise room was also nice.
