Good aircondition, warm water, terrible bath, I don't the sheets on the bed, they have a good service but pour resources.

This facility needs work, holes in walls, reeks of cigarette, mattress had a metal edge that was quite uncomfortable

Due to road construction, this hotel was hard to access. I made my reservation knowing that this hotel was an economy price hotel. My room had several light bulbs that were burned out and the air conditioner needed replacement or repair. The hotel advertises free breakfast...but all they have is coffee and bagels.

This Econo Lodge was a worn out Microtel I asked for a non smoking none eas available the noise level led to little sleep. The breakfast consisted of a pitcher of arange juice a dozen doughnuts and a broken coffee machine. Never again. The staff was helpful for what they had to work with

First, there are no signs on the outside of the building that tell you it is the hotel youre looking for. Second, our bathroom was very recently used. There were towels on the floor and all of the toiletries were almost gone. There were stains of all colors on all of the walls. The carpet felt wet? This hotel was definitely the most expensive seedy place ive ever stayed. If you just need a cheap place to crash there are plenty of other options that are just as gross but a lot cheaper. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I feel like a full size bed need three pillows. I like lost of pillow. More choices for breakfast. But I was treated great

I like the hotel price and location.. but the service have to give up a little more for convince, last time i went to the hotel and there is no one in customer service , I wait them like one hour to check in...

It was an ok hotel, cheap and convenient. I would recommend one night only. A weird smell but bearable.

Good stay for what it was needed for, good location.

At some point I got up to use the restroom and my feet got all wet from the water on the floor from the air conditioning system. When I first arrived to this place it took 15min before someone showed to frint desk.

The place looked great from the outside- and thats as good as it got. There was trash on the stair landings that was there for 18+ hours, holes in the door to the bathroom, the attached cabinet door was off, and the sink had a chip in it the size of a quarter. There was only one hanger, and I asked for a few more, and were told none was available. I tried to check out after day 1, but was told there were no refunds. There was trash and broken toys at the side entrances. The "free" breakfast consisted of donuts and coffee, but when I went at 7:15, they were gone, and I was told that no more would be put out. THis was supposed to be available from 6:30-9:30 every morning, but in the 3 days i was there, none was ever available. I couldnt get a reciept at the end- very frustrating. I took pictures, because I want to show anybody that will listen what it truely was like.

The staff made feel at home, without sophistication. A quiet place, close to everything, excellent for who is busy and want to save.

Very dirty carpet , dead flies flew out of airconditioner. Room, at one time had been broken into, if o had not prepaid and had not already been up for 19 hrs, i wld have left.

We just needed a place to stay for one night found a great deal. The hotel was fine for the one night. Could use some updating.

Hotel was Clean and a good location, My employees enjoyed their stay :D

Very good except no elevator did not realize that one could build a hotel without one

The positives were, location was fine and the room was decent. We were "upgraded" to a suite for free, which was nice, but once we got to the room, it made us wonder that if this was a "suite", what the other rooms were like. The room was decent, but the airconditioner was turned off when we arrived and the room was very warm. It took the airconditioer a while to cool the room down. The room and beds were comfortable and the one staff person we saw, who was the only staff person we saw as he manned the front desk almost the whole time were where there. As to the negatives, there were only two thin and cheap towels in the bathroom and one small tube of shampoo, although there 4 of us staying in the room. Although there was a "Free" breakfast, it was poorly stocked and very limited in its selection. You could make a waffle, or microwave premade sausage biscuits, or packaged miffins, juice and very weak coffee. We had to wait for the staff (guy at the front desk) to restock items for the 4 of us to each. However, it was free! Nonetheless, there is a Cracker Barrel right next door which is where we had breakfast the next morning.

Walked in to check in , get to the room. Cheap mattress, tiny room, old TV, old, scratched Furniture. No microwave or iron or DVD player, or even a TELEPHONE! There WAS Cable & HBO I believe, but again, old TV, Tiny, uncomfortable room. Bathtub has stains & is just plain dirty. Walk by the room and see two woman sitting down & talking with the door open who i'm almost sure were the cleaning staff. Halls smell like cigar almost everywhere, even around the non-smoking rooms. If it didn't smell like smoke, it certainly didn't smell Fresh and clean either. Come back later that evening around 7 to complain about the tub & see about bringing someone up to clean & Lobby employee informs me he can send no one up because there is NO ONE there to clean beside him and he can't leave his position at the desk. So then we settle on moving rooms. 10 or 15 Minutes later, we still don't have our new room, so we go back down to the Lobby where he's assisting another customer and finally gives my sister and I our new room key. The room he gave us was BETTER than our last one. Bigger room, CLEAN tub, two Queen mattresses versus the one, a little fridge, no Microwave, an actual TELEPHONE, mirrors in the room and not just the bathroom, and more roomier. He called to make sure we were satisfied so that was nice of him, and we were much happier, despite the PINK SCREEN old TV that bothered our vision. BREAKFAST: Pathetic. Dirty microwave, tiny breakfast room. Orange Juice, Toast, Old waffle maker. Waffle mix. Jelly. Old water fountain for water. Oh, and a vending machine. Two or three small round tables to sit at. They don't look to be in the refilling business like refilling the empty orange juice glass or the waffle mix. Or on the napkins & cups. Some breakfast right?! Air Conditioning & Heater worked well. Old sock that didn't belong to us found in new room when we were getting ready to leave, so again, bad cleaning. The Hotel was positioned around stores& restaurants & church's, so this is a plus. But if you want to stay in a place of comfort and cleanness, and overall satisfaction, I do NOT recommend this Hotel. I'm sorry. Just pay the extra $10, $15, or $20 bucks and go else where.

I went to go check in and was told there was a 21 and up role to book at the hotel added stress to my weekend but the say was good.

Very disappointed because they did not have the room we had reserved through your company. We did not get our double queen size bedroom we requested. It was obvious they had rented it to someone else. They than provided a suite which was one bed, a pull out bed, uncomfortable for 3 adults and a baby. Over all not satisfied with the reservation because it was not guaranteed we got what we reserved for.....very unsatisfied.
