La Quinta Inn & Suites Moscow - Pullman

There are only 3 hotels in town and they are all nice. This one is the cheapest and at the border of the ID state. Very nice view!

The General Manager was very professional and courteous! Great cookies and milk too!

Had a nearby reunion to attend. Location was a bit out of the way but that meant we had a really quiet stay! Staff was very responsive to our requests. The room could use a deep carpet and chair cleaning. The breakfast was OK but could use some fresher fruit choices and waffle making addition. The staff is helping return some left behind items.

Staff was great and attractive , snack selection should include popcorn for evening movie viewing and breakfast was good but a little chaotic in regards to the layout and no clear line or starting point, in example the trays were to the far right and paper plates to the far left , also biscuits and gravy were very good but way better if biscuits served warm not cold.

La Quinta is reliable for comfort and it was all well.

This place is advertised as close to WSU but was miles away. There were 2 chain restaurants within walking distance of them. One you can have a discount at and they really recommend that you eat there while we were told that the other was really not that good. We ate at both and found we didn't like the first and preferred the second.

Very comfortable place to stay. Staff very inviting.

clean. staff was helpful. requested crib was not in room as requested day before arrival. heater did not work in one of the rooms we reserved.

Great location if you have a student at WSU or UI.

It is a pretty new place and easy to reach. The only thing I would change is add a tub in the bathroom as the water kind of gets into the rest of the bathroom.

The location was perfect close enough to Idaho State to walk to the campus. It was easy to find the hotel was nice and clean, And the staff was friendly and very informative and helpful,

We arrived after 9 p.m. and were greeted with a friendly smile and the wonderful aroma of freshly baked cookies. We exchanged information, then adjourned to our room to partake in some much needed rest. The noise level was near zero so getting to sleep was an easy task. This was also true of our second night's stay.

The Wi-Fi was being cantankerous and we couldn't connect. The staff rebooted the router and it cleared right up. (That the staff knew HOW to reboot the router was a first for me! Many hotels have overloaded Wi-Fi and leave it to a vendor to fix.) They also offered us the use of an Ethernet cable so I could use the wall jack in my room. (I already had one.) The bandwidth was still poor, probably from oversubscribed Wi-Fi access points. But, chatting with the staff, it was apparent that they were in the process of upgrading their premises network. When they deploy more access points, the problem should be solved.

A good location for events at WSU. Good breakfast that was kept well stocked. Welcoming staff.

Great place to stay with your pet. Easy access to Moscow, and just down the street from the best food in town - Sangria Grille. Real food!!

Stayed here for the first time in the four yrs my daughter has bee a student at WSU. Place was very clean, staff went out of its way to help us with everything.

Bed could be firmer and the complementary breakfast could be less sparse. But rooms are clean and looked new. just wished they didn't have Fox news running all the time in their lobby TV. But this is Idaho so not surprising.

The Hotel was clean and food good. One problem is it was half full, but we ending up with a room with a window and overhang took up most of the window. Then it was located upper floor from lobby check in so was a little noise.

Excellent experience. Did not receive 5 stars in staff only because on check I and check out I had to ring the bell several times to get anyone's attention. The staff was excellent otherwise.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Shopping nearby was a plus.
