Property was nice and clean, room was fine, all good.
Staff was excellent, check in and out went smoothly. Always appreciate a continental breakfast. The breakfast was more in the basic side - cereal, oatmeal, bread goods, etc., but at least they offered it compared to other nearby hotels. The only thing that needs improvement was the cleanliness. Bed/bedding and room was fine but the toilet had absolutely not been cleaned (really gross), and the chairs in the room had stains.
Chair in room dirty. Caulking around tub sloppy. No water pressure in bathroom sink--tub was fine. Bed was very hard. Not up to Wyndham's usual standards; especially at $ 120 /night.
Clean, relatively tucked away from HW64 so quiet, friendly staff.. Better than expected for its price!

There was no shower curtain or soap. The room was clean, but the place was not professional in how staff talked with us or how problems were handled. people were loitering and generally I felt they were unaccustomed to actual travelers. The check in included a discussion about concern for my car by the staff. I was charged twice. it was resolved by Orbitz, thank goodness, because the hotel staff wanted me to stay until 1:30pm the next day to talk to the manager as if we weren't in the middle of a long trip. Generally the room was clean, but wow.

The beds weren’t made, no towels, not clean, bathroom fan did not work, broken remote controls, lobby was dirty, dog poop in the hallway, staff was nice and accommodating but some were casually dressed and not identifiable as staff. Towels were not replaced after day one. Not clean and not sanitary. Carpets need to be replaced, air was musty.

Lamp light on desk did not work; bathroom sink did not drain; front desk person wasn't there (after ten minutes waiting) during checkout at 5:30AM; there were three guests waiting to checkout at the time. I wanted a printed receipt for my one night stay and did not receive one. The receptionist's purse appeared to be inside her area so she/he couldn't have gone far but our persistent calls were not heeded. Lastly, in my opinion, the packaged hand soap was too strong/ corrosive. But I did see (smilie) watch New England beat the Giants the evening before.
Location and access . Parking lot needed repair. The breakfast is limited affair.

Hotel rooms had mold/bed bugs. Rude staff. Never a manager on site that wanted to deal with multiple customer issues.
The first night of my stay I received 5 bedbug bites in the middle of the night. When I went to the front desk to complain, the manager never contacted me to get more information about the problem or correct it. Totally dissatisfied. Will be contacting the Health Department there. Tried to send photos of the arm bites but they didn’t download.
