We went with another couple. It was hard to find because there was no sign out front. My husband and I stayed in Rm. 104 and it was the grey and yellow room pictured. It was newly renovated and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Our friends were in Rm. 101 which was not renovated but cost the same amount. There was an immediate smell of cat urine when you went in the room. All other rooms were booked. Our friends decided to move to the Greenbriar and were refunded their money. In the lower hall, when the heat turned on the same smell was very noticeable. Our room seemed to be fine, but later when we opened the floor vents in the living room the smell was there. Thankfully, the bedroom didn’t have the smell so we stayed the weekend and kept the vents closed. There is nowhere to get breakfast or coffee other than the Greenbriar one direction and Hardee’s to the other direction. The restaurant at the location isn’t open in the morning and the coffee from the in room coffee pot smelled and tasted like hot plastic. I think it was brand new. It was certainly adequate for our needs, but we would only stay in that room in the future (if smell is fixed).
