When i arrived, there was a mistake with my booking, and i was almost charged again for my booking, even though i had paid for my reservation in full through orbitz. It turns out, one of the employees made a mistake. he apologized for this. If you book with this hotel, I would recommend that you reach out to the hotel if they do not proceed to send you some sort of email confirmation (not an orbitz confirmation either, it has to be from the hotel itself) regarding your booking. There was also an issue with the sheets on the bed not having been changed since the last visitor had left. There were bits of crumbs, hair, and trash in the sheets. The manager on duty apologized and offered to change our room, but we just asked for the sheets to be changed promptly (which they were). The next day we noticed the staff working hard to make sure all the sheets on the floor were changed. overall i would recommend this hotel as it is in a good area, and is walkable. just confirm your booking with the hotel DIRECTLY before embarking on your trip to avoid any confusion regarding payment when you attempt to check-in
