i have been staying in short term housing and this hotel is good for the price. They are doing some renovations, so hopefully things will get better.

Transitioning to new place. Good for the price. Staff very accommodating and the location is good.

Old building with poor rehab. Stained tub, carpets and furniture. Bare boards exposed.

The groups hanging around were undesirable. We talked to several people of the area who said it had bedbugs in the recent past. Could not get a refund for 3 days there but went somewhere else anyway

It was nice staying there. The breakfast was good. Bad thing there ice machine was broke. Overall pretty nice

Microwave was not clean. Bathroom was in need of repair. Curtains did not cover window entirely and could not block out the light. Hotel was noisy and especially late at night. i was woken on at least two occasions after midnight by yelling and doors slamming.

The hotel itself is okay but the people that stay there are the issue. Seems like a party hotel. The cops were called twice while I was there. A couple of junkies were hanging out by the front door a couple of mornings. I also had a feeling that some ladies of the night were working the place.

Bathtub didn't have warm water, otherwise it was fine

Friendly staff, easy to find. Close to many restaurants.

I was apprehensive to book this due to other negative reviews but honestly we had no issues at this hotel. Decent for a weekend stay, sort of a party vibe on Saturday night but I'm okay with that. Great mini fridge with separate freezer for in room pre-game cocktailz. Scratchy towels and sheets but probably because they were bleached clean. No real complaints! :)

Sadly in need of an upgrade. Toilet handle fell off in my hand.. odd holes in the wall stuffed with cardboard. Low quality amenities. One face cloth, hand towel, towel for a double room. Front desk staff sleeping behind the counter in the morning. Thankfully this was just a one night stay.

Days Inn – Leominster Massachusetts September 9 and 10, 2016 It’s hard to know where to begin. The other hotels we usually stay at in this area were all sold out so I had booked a nonrefundable two evening stay to attend a wedding. We, my wife and I, were committed. After about an eight-hour drive, we arrived about 6pm to find: Several dirty young people sitting on the curb to each side of the lobby door. This happened every time we went in or out, different people each time. Buying/Selling drugs? The entrance is a series of two doors with an unused bulletproof glass window like in pawn shops in one wall. The reflective coating film was damaged and it did not look very inviting. Lobby had signs on the dirty walls saying ‘they were in the process of remodeling. There was no one at the front desk. A sign read ‘back in 5 minutes’ so I went out to bring in our bags. Clerk arrived shortly. I was not offended, but was surprised at all her facial piercings. No problem checking in. Elevator was wet and dirty inside and smelled like a bum complete with urine. Some of the floor buttons did not light up, the floor tiles were extremely worn and broken, the ceiling lighting plastic grids did not fit the frames and were literally hanging down. Found it was the only elevator, but it did work. Third floor room at the end of the hall. The hallway stank. Think of sweat and tobacco smoke. Room was small but adequate. Carpeting not vacuumed. They are cutting me off, am complaining to corporate

Grubby hotel. Stained ceiling tiles, unpainted molding, dirty shower floor, broken ice machine (only one in hotel).

small room but well organized. Like flexible reading light, other more expensive hotels should copy. Front desk staff helpful. Forget the breakfast, nice neighborhood diner down the street a mile towards downtown.

Room was very clean and well set up with fridge and microwave, Staff was very friendly!!

The rooms were clean. They to had to renovate on Sunday morning didn,t need a wake up call they provided it with a lot of banging! annoying. may not need to stay there again. but it didn't turn me off to super 8. I had good experiance in others

One night on business, clean, dated room. Very close to highway, big time truck noise.

I am just going to hit a few key points. One day when I stayed I had put the do not disturb sign up on my door b/c I was going to sleep in, well at 10 am I got a phone call from the front desk asking if I wanted my room clean. They did not change the sheets the 5 days I was there and there were cigarette burns in some parts of the bed and furniture. The staff is kind and helpful with any questions and concerns you have. They do have security cameras in the parking lot to watch the vehicles. One of the things I did not understand was one night a group of guys sat in the parking lot in the back of a pick up truck for about 9 hours drinking beer and they were not removed from the property. I would suggest not staying here with a family even though the price is very cheap and the location is in the middle of every thing.

Perfectly adequate. We wanted one night in the area in order to attend the John Oakes concert at the Bull Run Restaurant in Shirley. The hotel was located directly next to Rt 2, so made for easy accesss especially for late at night. Only complaint was that the frame on which the king size mattress sat protuded. I hit my ankle/leg 3 times! I reported this to management, and I was told the manager would look into the problem. Management was very pleasant. Breakfast room that was off to the side of a very crowded/cramped lobby gave some privacy.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a room on the top floor that was too far away from the wi-fi to connect, so they moved me without question to a lower floor. I had requested non-smoking, but both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke... Could use some updating.

Thank you for choosing our hotel. The groups have been cleared and checkout out of the hotel. As far as the bed bugs go, those are isolated incidents which the hotel has proactively taken pre-cautions about and always will do. Once again thank you.
