A warm and friendly welcome in a modern hotel reception. The modern theme continues throughout the hotel. Bedrooms are nice and bar areas. Staff were inattentive in the Triumph bar and were chatting to each other instead of making sure customers had drinks. Food and drink was very good though. Breakfast also good and a varied selection of hot and cold food

We Used This Hotel For A Stop Over When Attending A Concert in Burton On Trent. The Hotel Was WARM AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WOULD GO AS FAR AS TO SAY ONE OF THE BEST WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I would certainly recommend this to any traveler.

Had a lovely stay here from start to finish couldn't fault the place. Very comfy beds, nice pool area, staff very friendly, breakfast was great with lots of choice, will be returning again, really enjoyed it.

Great hotel, brilliant food and service, just needs air conditioning in the bedrooms as the temperature was uncomfortable, I would re-visit without a doubt but would ensure it was in the colder months.

The facilities here for conferencing were rather good, I must say. The break out rooms were comfortable, and the main Paris Suite was very spacious. The bars were well stocked and I thought the range of food on offer was of good quality for a conference. The front desk was very helpful. The swimming pool did get busy, but had plenty of use and the facilities were clean. The rooms were hot, but I managed to undo the restraining latch on the window to open it during the heat. The usual tricks of closing the curtains during the day helped to reduce the temperature too. I liked it. Certainly above average venue. Wifi was excellent too.

I came to Jury's Inn for a two day conference. I was pleasantly surprised by the recently refurbished executive room, which was comfortable, quiet and clean. (It's amazing how difficult it is to find this.) Unpacking, I was horrified to find I'd brought the wrong laptop charger. This is a disaster for a business trip. Out of desperation, I asked Sian at reception for help. She really went out of her way to somehow get me the correct charger. That was exceptional service and for me is the difference between 5/5 and 4/5.

Amazing stay. I cant fault anything really. All the staff were friendly. The pool steam n sauna were fab. Brilliant facilities. The hotel was clean n breaky was great. Couple of things ran out which is expected but they replaced it straightaway away. They do need to have better rates for people with older kids otherwise we have to book 2 rooms which puts people off booking. We'd go more often if we didn't have to book 2 rooms. No ac or mini fridges in the rooms but its not a big deal. Lovely bars bit pricey. Overall fab little break.

Myself and husband stayed at this hotel for a last minute weekend getaway after we found a great deal for it on Voyage Privé. We had daily breakfast included which was pretty decent as well as a complimentary afternoon tea-a lovely gesture. The room was a corner room so was large and spacious and then bed was large too. We had large windows along the whole outer wall of the hotel so thanked god for blackout curtains. Nonetheless It was a lovely peaceful break.

Unfortunately my room had no air-con, there were limited fans, when supplied with one it was not working (a test would have been good by staff) and being on the 2nd floor my window could barely open. Apart from that the stay was good.

Visited the hotel for a 3 day conference. When we arrived check in was very quick and easy. Some of the rooms were very hot and the hotel had run out of fans. Reception were very accomaditing and moved people into cooler rooms. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel rooms are away from the main road so are very peaceful. All staff were extremely helpful, polite and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
