paid £120 for a B&B overnight for conference. Breakfast disappointing. Bacon not very nice, sausage undercooked and poor quality coffee. heater in room on the blink so room was cold. I went to the hotel for a conference I have had better value for money for example novotel so was disappointed.

The heating was far too hot and service was slow from check in to check out. The bed was very comfortable though and the room was very clean. The bar area was comfortable but had to wait a while to be served.

I met clients for lunch and a meeting thereafter. Pleasant enough hotel although they complained the toilets were quite a walk from the bar/restaurant area. I found a strange service-station style toilet a little closer next to reception. The bar was too noisy (music) to hold our meeting so we retired to the reception area where the seats were more comfortable. The staff were pleasant enough & when they got our drinks order wrong they gave us the missing drink on the house. Parking plentiful and quite conveniently located off the M69/A5

Great place to stay, comfortable warm and friendly. The events team were great and the birthday party celebrations went well. Food nice, bedrooms were fab cosy and comfy. Made use of the spa as well. Location a bit out of town for those traveling by train, close to motorway for those driving

Stayed 2 nights for a conference. Very comfortable and good hospitality. Took taxi from Hinckley Train Station to hotel - arrival and departure worked out really well and the taxi ride was 10 minutes.

Was average - could of been better service! It was our anniversary but nothing was arranged even though I has sent an email few days before - No complimentary drinks! Executive room could of been better even though was large but decor was dull and gloomy.

Great hotel for access to lots of family attractions. Check in good and quick. Pool accessible with the children (within designated hours) very easily. Carpets dated in many areas but not our room. Beds very comfy and bathroom clean and functional. Room spacious. Bar service very good by some members of staff. Food nice but very over-priced for what you got, especially in Marco Piere White restaurant (food was good but £29.50 for a steak and chips with no sides is excessive and £3.50 for a thimble of peppercorn sauce is scandalous!) Pizzas in bar good.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights 6th & 7th as was I attending a conference. My Room was lovely, modern with a big comfy bed! From entering the hotel to leaving the staff were friendly and attentive. Nothing was to much trouble. The quality of the food and presentation is probably the best I have had in a large hotel chain of this standard. It was very obvious that customer service was important to all the staff. I would like to say a thank you to the staff member who engaged me in conversation just so that I would not be stood alone during the drinks reception. I am sorry I did not get his name but he is a credit to the hotel. Thank you

Excellent venue for a two day conference. Good use of space. Staff very helpful and pleasant nothing was too much to ask. Lovely rooms. All you in, hairdryer, iron (important for me) large comfy bed and again all what you needed. Very clean as well. Love it will return. Oh and food breakfast was excellent. So much amazing food. Loved it

Beutiful hotel , very luxurious, lovely grounds , booked for one night to visit family , unfortunately there was a fitness fiesta weekend which looked and sounded amazing till we wanted a nap , room right opposite a workshop , cafe all full of clientele so very noisy and busy , would go back again but will make sure no fiesta on .
