There were several issues with our room. Nothing huge. However, Mary at the front desk (working evenings) went above and beyond to make things right. She was so kind and understanding. Like a breath of fresh air.

Hotel was pretty decent and clean. Quick stay for one night. Only issue is that the room smelled funny, kinda like like a dog.

We arrived late after driving for ten hours. Too bad for us, because it would have been nice to take advantage of the pool and workout facilities! All we wanted to do was sleep, and the room was clean and comfortable, the air temp was perfect, and bed very comfy! After waking well rested, we had a very good breakfasts! We highly recommend this hotel!
Very good experience. The rug was not vacuumed though. Otherwise room was in good shape. Hotel employees at front desk were friendly and helpful.
We were here to close on a home purchase in The Villages. The is about 1 mile away and very clean with a great breakfast. Hot breakfast not just the traditional cold cereral and fruit. Rooms spaciouse and clean. Excerise room and pool. Highly recommend.
Good location off I-75 on our travels. Miles down the road, we ate at the villages.......
We needed a place to stop to break up our long drive with 2 small kids. This place was perfect. It was quiet & had a great breakfast.

I have waited on the phone to change my reservation prepaid from 2 nights to one night. The hotel is fine with this and is waiting for you to answer the phone. With the flight delays you should have added personnel but I am still waiting on the phone after 45 minutes, still waiting. Credit me for one night at Baymont Hotel in jacksonville., Florida
Everything about this hotel was very good. Couldn't be any cleaner which made me happy. The whole hotel was clean, not only our room. We did have to travel 30 minutes every where we wanted to go but we didn't mind that. We would return definitely.
I was completely satisfied with my stay! They had a wide variety of continental breakfast and everyone was very nice!!! We were in a great location and close to food and our destination spot! I would reccomend this hotel to anyone!!!!
