Great stay, nice room, great value for hotel price and location.
The manager was rude and seemed to have other concerns than his guests.
Rundown condition. My room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. (128) The door had been signs of being kicked in at one point. It would lock securely but very sloppy fit when closed.
Air conditioning was noisy and didn't work well. Even at the coldest setting it didn't keep the room cold (this was in October, so it wasn't even a warm night). Breakfast was very minimal. The night clerk told me there would be eggs served but it was only cold cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc.
The updates they made definitely improved the property, but it's still a budget hotel.
