Security was compromised since none of the outside doors had working locks.
There were a number of things with the room that were not as expected. Floors in the room as well as the halls would move when you walked on them. The room was suppose to be a non smoking room and yet it smelled heavenly of smoke. The towel and cloth racks were coming off the wall. There was a screw coming out of the shower control knob. The carpet was disgusting and badly worn throughout the entire hotel. The one young staff member behind the front desk was always outside taking breaks and smoking a cigarette while the phone would ring inside.
They have the basic things you need at hotels. Worth the money.
Good location for attending races for the weekend. Pricing lower than other closer hotels. Great staff! Beautiful area - also great for motorcycling the fantastic roads in the area.
This hotel was great. It was clean, friendly, and easy to find. The fridge was nice and plenty of coffee. while casually driving various roads, the views were great.
Conveniently located to Highway 19, plenty of local food choices to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Check in and check out was easy. The staff were very nice and polite. The rooms were clean and fresh. Spotless. Maid services were great. Location was excellent. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. I have been here several times and always enjoyed my stay. The continental breakfast was awesome. They have a waffle maker and what great waffles it makes.
Great hotel, the staff was great the room was "Super" and we had a great experience. The only thing I would improve is the quality of the breakfast, other than that, great place to stay.
This was a great place to stay while attending the NASCAR race at Bristol,TN. It was very convenient to the racetrack, with a beautiful scenic drive. The hotel was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and every staff member that we encountered was friendly, helpful, and eager to make our stay with them enjoyable.
