The hotel was in a nice location and once we found it it was easy check in and check out, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Carpets were very old and all needed replaced in the rooms, elevator was especially slow and very dirty, needs a little makeover. Struggled to get the room temp at a comfortable level, the a/c and heater thermostat was on the wall but the one on the unit seemed to change the temp too so we stayed to hot or to cold most of our stay. Two Out of four bulbs were out in the bathroom which made it difficult to see and the shower curtain was not installed correctly so it never stayed closed.
Pool was warm and good. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Was able to check in early. Good breakfast. I would recommend it.
The hotel is decently nice for the area but could really use better maintenance. Facilities were decent and relatively clean but a few things were broken in the room and although the front desk said they would send someone up to fix it, no one ever came. In short it was a decent hotel and we weren't really upset with anything, just disappointed that it wasn't better for being a Holiday Inn. If you book this hotel as a hot rate or express deal it's definitely worth it but at the relatively normal price we paid it wasn't quite up to snuff.
Nice place stay. Orbitzzzz or the hotel dropped the fact we need a room with two beds so be careful, you may not get what expected or needed.
This is a quiet and very convenient hotel. It is close to I 40, and TN 840. Far enough out of Nashville to avoid high room rates, It is just minutes to Nashville and the surrounding area. The surprise was how quiet it is, considering it is right next to the interstate. The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was good if not fancy, and the place was very clean. We will return.
The rooms were nice and had a lot of room. The bed felt wonderful. I wish the indoor pool was working, but he breakfast made up for it. Very friendly staff, especially for checkin.
