This is our second stay after a previously bad experience (A/C died in August so they moved us and comped the room fairly quickly- I was impressed for the most part) the first time. They made good on it, so I decided to try them again. Staff was friendly. Checkin/ Out was quick. Lobby was nice looking. Parking was good, location was good. The rooms were ok- nothing special. Stupid things that shouldn't have been an issue but were- Bed skirt was half on/ half off, coffee maker wasn't cleaned out from previous person to use it, pool was cloudy and cold, hot tub wouldn't turn on. The hotel didn't appear to be full judging on the parking lot, but we were put into a hallway where they were doing construction, so there were holes in the wall- not sure why we weren't in another hallway- again- the parking lot looked pretty empty. Wifi was slow, too. Again, these are Cadillac problems, but when I'm paying $150 for a room, I expect things to be nicer than they were.

Needed a hotel for a night and this was a great option. Friendly staff and clean room. However, for the price, I do wish they had complimentary breakfast

I got to the room about 6PM and it was 80 degrees in the room and very stuffy and very humid. I thought nothing of it, put on the A/C (it kicked on) that looked like it was already on and went out to dinner. Came back and it was still 80, so I thought I had done something wrong. I put it on again (It kicked back on again) and took a shower and tried to go to bed. At 10 I was soaked from sweat. I looked, it was still 80 and VERY swamplike. I called the front desk they apologized and had someone at my door in 3 minutes. He tried to fix it twice- it would kick on, then shut off in 5 minutes. They then moved me to the adjoining room, offered to have someone come up and move my stuff, then allowed me to just keep my stuff in the swamp so that I could just go to sleep. The next morning they comp'd my room, no questions asked. Everyone was very helpful, polite, apologetic and generally amazing. Stuff breaks, I know that. I was VERY, VERY, VERY impressed with how quickly they fixed the situation so that I could be as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. I'm not the easiest person to please, and I was amazed with everyone there. Amazing customer service, amazing all around. I can not rave about them enough.

I came here for one day for an interview... It was perfect for this reason. They had a friendly shuttle and they were willing to provide it for anywhere I needed to go... Not only the airport like most other places.

It was wonderful. Staff was very nice and obliging. Would stay there again when I visit Dartmouth again.

took my son to visit dartmouth. normally like to stay on campus at the Hanover Inn but it is being remodeled. this was a nice - less expensive alternative.

The staff was friendly and efficient. We got in quickly, settled into our room and headed out on the town. The hotel was very convenient to Hanover and met all of our needs.

Clean attractive rooms and common areas. Fairy convenient to downtown Hanover and Dartmouth College. Limited food service for breakfast and dinner. Internet connection was slow. Cable TV remote did not work at first. May have needed new batteries - a minor room maintenance issue. Overall, a fine stay up to Courtyard standards. You pay more, but you get very nice accommodations and service.

I was pleased with my stay

We were very tired when we arrived and the staff was exceptional in getting us checked in and to our room. The room was nicely lit and comfortable. Although we faced the entrance to the hotel it was very quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean, affordable.
