stayed 2 days, 1st flr was good room 103, close to breakfast. bed was very comfortable & pillows. wall has some scuff marks and the TV stand has a ripped off partial label on top that needs a razor blade scraping. breakfast was ok but no eggs or breakfast meat. tub drains slowly. night clerk got us coffee from the kitchen. cookies at front desk were fresh. easy parking.

Stayed here previously, and, like the hotel. Once again, it didn't disappoint us. Will stay again when in the area.

This property is convenient if you are attending events at Dartmouth College in Hanover (which we were). We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel itself. At check in we were told the key making machine wasn't working, so manager had to let us into our room with master key (never had that happen before). Fortunately, when we returned after dinner, we were able to get room keys. This is an older property recently rebranded to Baymont. Halls and lobby are very dated, as is the room decor. However, the bedding was excellent -- both comfort of mattress and the bedding linens! Nice surprise. There were cookies/borwnies and popcorn available in the lobby, and while we went to breakfast at the event we were attending, it looked like a pretty nice breakfast (pancakes, etc.). Not somewhere I'd go for vacation, but worked for our needs this trip.

Comfortable beds, clean room, convenient location. Staff courteous. Free breakfast. It was a good experience and reasonably priced.

The rooms aren't the newest, but they are well kept and the bed, bathroom, and other areas are clean. A decent hotel for a quick stay in the area. Just what I needed. Staff was friendly.

we were booked into a smoking room and the front desk wouldn't change our room. everything in the room seemed dirty because of that. breakfast started at 5 AM, decent.

Room was clean, outdated a bit. they are pet friendly which is nice but the smell of cigarette smoke permeates throughout the hallways and into your room. I had a supposed no smoking room yet there was an ashtray in there... Yuck

Dog was welcomed, we were pleased. nice shower, liked having microwave and refrigerator

We were visiting our son who moved to the Lebanon area, and needed a place to stay, as he is not allowed to have a dog in his condo. We found the hotel convenient and the room clean and comfortable. We booked last minute, so I don't know if queen/king beds are available, but the two doubles worked out fine.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. My daughter and I were down here from California visiting my son, who is going to school at Dartmouth. We would stay here again, when we come to visit him. The front staff was very pleasant and friendly. In fact while talking to the staff, we saw a group of turkeys coming out of the woods near the hotel. Awesome birds! The only thing I would say, is that the door to our room got stuck now and then when we open the door. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you !

We have been to the Baymont in West Lebanon many times and always have enjoyed our stay. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The bed comforters are a nice addition. The housekeeping staff keep the rooms looking immaculate. There were some minor things that need some work. The wi-fi was somewhat weak and inconsistent and the TV didn't work properly.

Definitely not a three star hotel. Room smelled and carpets dirty. Remote was missing casing for batteries. Old window air conditioner that rattled. Windows without screens and not secure. Breakfast was basic and no water available. Few outlets. There was not a secured internet connection.

In the midst of two interstates coveraging a neighboring airport and three towns utilizing a five block shopping plaza Baymont manages to tuck itself in a peaceful enclave that just noticeable to its guest. Four floors of clean hallways and spacious rooms. Good breakfast variety and big lounge tv for sports and news updates. Although we could update the television and cable in the room. All in all great stay great location great base for Connecticut River Valley Location.

Dog and pet friendly, super nice people working there. Older hotel but very good experience there

Quiet, clean, spacious, super-convenient to airport, nice continental breakfast. Pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is located most conveniently for us as we travel to Isle Royale National Park for the second time. It provides free shuttle from the hotel to the Houghton airport for us to take the seaplane to the island. Then on the way back as we take the Ranger III ferry from the island, the port managed by National Park Service is right next to the hotel. Also, the hotel is within walking distance from river front restaurants. The free breakfast is prepared to our order. Our only complaint is the there is no refrigerator in the room and yet the lady at the desk does not seem to be aware of it, although ice is available near the room.

I had to pick up my kids from the summer camp and I didn't have a choice really but to book this Inn, it is old , outdated Inn but location was nice and close to campus, everything else was booked and the one that weren't were too pricey. I just needed a place to sleep

The Hotel is what it says, very nice room, Plenty of Parking, Close to Airport and Car Rental, for ease and comfort. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby for light traveling.

The hotel is conveniently located in the busy shopping area within minute drive to numerous restaurants. About the hotel: its clean, safe, and cheap. Great value especially for short term trips.
