The little mall the hotel is located in has a bit of a night life, which is great if you are staying for vacation. I was there for business. So getting some rest before mid night was rough you can hear the music in the street and people carrying on outside at night.

I liked the hotel concept and location. Great food and drinks to walk to on a beautiful summer night. Great staff and dog friendly.

Nothing special and looked worn down compared to pics..would not spend the money to stay here again

Nice room. No bathtub to relax. Room service was horrible! Pool was good but no hot tub. Hard to sign into wifi on the blu ray player I brought. The refrigerator didn't get cold. No microwave. No view out the window.

Overall a great stay however the staff was not very helpful. The refridg did not work well and when the front desk was notified they notified me to fill the refridg with ice.I notified them If I were to do this I would have no room for food. The refridg was old and did not work well. The TV had very few stations and when traveling with a 13 and 10 year old this was a big deal. When I notified the front desk they said they normally supply cables to stream Netflicks however they were out of cables. Again, the front desk was not helpful. Overall a fabulous location and a great hotel, however the front desk needs to learn to be more helpful or at least act they like are trying.

Hotel facilities was excellent. Unique furnishings was well done. Parking was inconvenient but very nice area and surroundings didn't make it a problem. My new go to place in KC. Mo.

Welcoming staff, clean rooms, cool pool, updated fitness room, nice view of Park Place, and lively surrounding area... Must do - Joes BBQ!

Hotel was nice, parking was kinda a pain to walk 5 minutes after parking with bags to hotel, room was nice bed was very hard, but overall a nice hotel

The hotel was clean and had a modern feel. Staff were pleasant but something seemed disconnected. Odd setup and the parking was down the street without a covered walk. People seemed lost at breakfast and staff did not explain how it worked. It was ok but I will choose a different hotel on my next trip.

Very very nice and I will use them over and over and over the only thing I don't like is the bathroom door how it slides.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this modern styled facility for the price. Will definitely use again. Close to restaraunts and shopping also.

It was clean, and the staffs were nice. The hotel was very new, I loved it.

Hotel was beautiful. We loved the outside deck. If I ever visit Kansas again this is my hotel of choice.

This was the best hotel. It was by far the nicest I have stayed in. I will stay there everytime. Bed was great. Shower perfect.

This was a nice hotel in a great location. Near shopping, restaurants and our daughters college. Will definitely stay again. Room was clean and spacious. Really liked the setup in the room.

This hotel was in close vicinity to many restaurants and shopping. Rooms and lobby were very trendy, worked well for my stay. Only complaints were that the air conditioning unit was very loud and parking was a little far for my liking. Minor, though---I'll probably stay here again.

I live in the area and Aloft continues to be my go-to for putting up visiting family and friends. Check in was awkward , as the receptionist mistook our party for another group with the same last name..not a huge deal but it got confusing quickly and the process took longer than it needed to. Maybe I haven't noticed this in the past, but the bathroom area has no door..my cousins and I were taking turns going in and out of the room to use the restroom with some privacy. Overall, my fave part of the hotel is location! Cute restaurants and coffee shops below makes for easy access to whatever whenever you want for travelers.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was very clean and the area was unique and fun. Nite life not spectacular but relaxing quietly was on our mind. Definitely will return!

The hotel staff were incredibly nice, and the room was much better than expected. We had a beautiful view, even at a lower level room. Overall, the hotel is highly European in style; so, everything is much more unique and may not be for everyone.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, well appointed rooms. Only issue was no pay per view channels... They do have a box that has HDMI input so you need to bring your own Lightning to VGA and HDMI cables... Honestly the front desk should have these but don't... Every single business traveler I know travels with either an iPad or iPhone (okay one or two Android folk thrown in too)
