Modestly priced and quiet. A few blocks from the busy areas of shopping and restaurants. Right on the bus route.

Convenient location, short walk to all the shops, restaurants in Aspen. Safe, quite at night. Close to Bus stops.

You need sn elevator .

Liked the price point, and the free breakfast. Did not like the fact that the air-conditioner, at its strongest setting just blew out lightly chilled air, and also sounded like a jet engine (which rendered it unusable). Also, many of the 'nicest rooms in the hotel' have patios that overlook an active alley-way with a very loud machinist's shop on it. Finally, I love dogs--and respect a pet-friendly hotel, IN THEORY--but there were lots of poorly-trained dogs barking up a storm. Stay here for value, not for rest, sleep or serenity...

Super cute place.

Older, but clean and charming. The friendly, knowledgeable staff assisted with itinerary changes and restaurant recommendations. Good location within walking distance of food and entertainment and the excellent public transit system.

Very courteous and competent staff. Rooms were very nice and property is in good location, less than half a mile from town center.

Nice hotel close to the centrum and easy to take free busses to Aspen Snowmass. Daily free happy hour: wine, cheese, hot soup, hot chocolate, coffee etc 👍

The hotel staff were unavailable when we checked in and we had to wait for a long time. Room 100 was very noisy because they have the building air handler in that room. It was like sleeping in a laundry room. The linens were clean but the bed and pillows were lumpy. No place to park! The decor was nice, just get more comfy beds.

Decent. CLose to Downtown. Free happy hour, breakfast. Staff was only issue.

The Aspen Mountain Lodge is comfy and close to downtown. The staff made some good recommendations and were very friendly. The room was clean, but we had a shower door that fell off and the balcony is shared with other rooms on the floor, so you can't leave the screen door open at night. All that aside it was a good value compared to other hotels in the price range.

Great service. And the breakfast was just right. The location is within walking distance to everything.

My boyfriend and I spent four nights at this place in December. We have nothing bad to say about it. The staff was very sweet and helpful. They have hot jacuzzi tub and heated pool outside. Beside complementary breakfast, they do have cheese and house wines [red/white] for the guests at every evening. The place is not big but cozy which we do prefer. We will be staying her again for sure. Highly recommended

Very simple check-in. Simple room. Clean. Quiet.

Comfortable, easy access, good parking. Needs better air conditioning, but breakfast and coffee were delicious!

Liked the room, was nice and was convenient to everything.

The parking lot is cramped, but it's nice to have one at all in Aspen. The people were friendly and helpful but the property is a little tired. Our room on the lower level was dark because the only windows opened right onto the parking lot. If you have light, you have no privacy. The bathroom needs a remodel, but the shower had good water pressure.

Made a last minute reservation to ski at Aspen mountain. Staff was all very nice. Liked the garden level hang out room. Comfortable.

Thank you for your review, We are sorry you had to wait to be checked in, being a small hotel sometimes this happens. Not sure what you mean by the air handler? All our rooms have individual AC and Heating units. I will check for the furnace being overly noisy. We take all reviews to heart, We wish you would have enjoyed the hotel more.
