Excellent emplacement - interieur a revoir
Maison idealement situee. Vue et revue depuis le bateau, plaisir de s’y installer. Ideal pour de grand dejeuner et diner familiaux.
Mais pour ce prix, tant de choses a revoir :
- la literie est obsolete.
- le mobilier de jardin en plastique denue de tout charme.
- les meubles ikea.
- les machines hors d’age.
Invitant le proprietaire a reinvestir dans le comfort des locataires pour justifier le tarif.
