Warm and well-equipped, it is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, composed of three beautiful bedrooms with three double beds and a baby bed; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; and a living room with a sofa bed and a television to relax you after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is ideally located in the city center! All amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants and shops.
For your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour Drive" at 3 minutes walk.
The beach of Le Lavandou is only 7 minutes away by foot and the beach of l'Anglade is 12 minutes away!

There are many tourist activities to do during your stay in Le Lavandou, including: exploring its 12 beaches; following the Sentier du littoral (coastal path) which winds for nearly 3 kilometers along the Mediterranean Sea and offers a unique panorama of the Golden Islands; visiting the Villa Théo (7 minutes by car); riding the bicycle paths of the area; sailing to the Golden Islands; being moved in front of the church of Saint-Louis (4 minutes by car); and many more...

## Emplacement
22 km from Hyères and 20 km from Cavalaire is a magnificent seaside resort, Le Lavandou. In recent years, the resort has become more and more popular and is even starting to steal the show from its neighbours. If you plan to go to Lavandou in high season, you will certainly not miss to take a dip and there is no lack of places, with 12 km of coastline you will be spoilt for choice. In total Lavandou has 12 beaches, here are some of them:

La plage de l'Anglade: a fine sandy beach located not far from the town centre.
Grande plage du Lavandou: a fine sandy beach also located not far from the town centre.
Plage de Saint-Clair: this fine sandy beach is 1.5 km from the centre.
Plage de la Fossette: this beach is for those who like less crowded places.
Plage d'Aiguebelle: located 5 km from the centre of Lavandou.
Plage de l'Eléphant: a magnificent wild beach, it is half sandy, half rocky.
Plage de Jean Blanc: this is also a wild beach.
Plage du Layet: a naturist beach located 6.3 km from the town centre.
