## Space The flat: a very comfortable, recently renovated studio with a small cabin (fully-equipped kitchen, shower room, etc.), in a residence with access to the Port Camargue marina, for 2 people and/or 2 young children (bunk beds). Located on the 1st floor of 3, without lift, in a secure residence, this apartment sleeps 2, so you can spend a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park for free in front of the residence for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets NOT allowed *

The living room opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte (monkfish stew), La Rouille Graulène, which is different from the rouille of Sète... and on the meat side: Les côtes de Taureau and La Gardiane! Take the time to discover the different vineyards, whose speciality is organic vin des sables.
Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (2 ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a coffee table and a table for 4 on the terrace, where you can host your meals and guests.

This flat is located on the left bank of the Grau du Roi between : the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along Quai Colbert... and Europe's leading marina, where sports delegations will be training and preparing for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic location for yachts, sailing boats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the North Beach promenade and follow the flight of the pink flamingos over the waters of the Camargue. A real favourite with lovers of peace and quiet on the green side and of the town centre on the entrance side of the Residence.
