I booked a king suite with a separate bedroom. When we got there that gave me a studio with 2 queens that didn’t work for what I needed and they couldn’t help me. I had to contact Orbitz. I tried to work through Orbitz to get it correct and the hotel wouldn’t work with them either. Orbitz finally agreed to refund my money. The hotel then told me I still had to pay for my room since I had already checked in. I didn’t even know the room was wrong until I had the keys and went into it. I explained that and they still said I had to pay for it. At that point I walked out.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, great amenities and within walking distance or short drive to anything else needed. Comfortable beds and furniture in general. Recommend for business travelers or long stay. Connected to the Convention Center.
This hotel has obviously undergone quite a nice recent remodel. Good location near the mall and LOTS of restaurants. No breakfast included, and our toilet was clogged when we arrived, but that was fixed in a timely manner and the stay was quite comforatable! Location seemed safe for parking our truck with trailer. No problems with noise or anything else!
Our bed was terrible and our room very outdated, stains on the floor, huge crack in the ceiling that was "fixed" but cracking again and pretty bad clean up job.
I could hardly sleep the first night because of all the noise. I have stayed there before with no issues. The problem is that they have changed their thermostats in the rooms to "energy saving" so you cannot run fan only to drown out the background noise. The folks at the hotel told me this. They are nice people and set me up with a big fan in my room to create the noise the second night. They need to change back to the old thermostats.
We stayed here for one night for a funeral that was in town. The room was very spacious- not quite what I expected, but good nonetheless. I asked for a 'suite' with 2 Queen beds and a pull out couch. What we got were conjoining rooms, but the second room had no beds in it, just the pull out couch, TV, table, chair. So the second room was really big- just kind of empty looking haha- we could've pitched a tent in there and slept 5 more people! BUT on the plus side- we had two bathrooms (since we essentially got 2 rooms). So that was really nice with our teenage son. The cleanliness of the rooms was probably an 8/10, simply because there were stains on the walls and on the chair and a drywall patch in the bathroom that was a pretty shoddy patch job. Nothing that was a deal breaker- but not what I expected in a room that you pay $160/night for. The lobby was immaculate and beautiful. Absolutely the face of luxury.
Everyone was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Extra support and supplies were offered when we checked-in. Pool was a nice option.
For the price both Hilton & Mariott are no longer doing the breakfast thing.
Our hotel room was HUGE. Granted we had a corner room, but it was way bigger than most hotel rooms where we've stayed. Yummy coffee is always available. Bed was a bit too soft, but otherwise, it was a fabulous stay.
Hotel was very clean, wifi worked great, and plenty of amenities. The restaurant had very good food.
