Got to the hotel at 4pm (3pm check in), was given a room on the second story that a woman was in the middle of cleaning. Then we got our luggage and went back to the front, took them about 10 min to get me a diff room, we walk up to a second floor room again and I look thru the window without even walking in, to see it had trash and bedding thrown about (not clean). Went back to the front and asked for a refund at this point, lady couldn't figure out how to process the refund. I have to call Monday and make sure it got processed. One of the worst experiences ever.

It was good. nothing much to talk about. Just went for Thanksgiving. Nothing more to say.

THIS WAS THE WORST MOTELS I'VE EVER STAYED AT! I ASKED FOR NON-SMOKING ROOMS AND HAD TO PHYSICALLY WALK TO THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS BECAUSE THEY ALL SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. I HAD PRE-PAID, AND COULDN'T CHECK OUT, SO I WAS FORCED TO STAY IN THE LEAST SMOKEY ROOM, WHICH WAS STILL HORRIBLE. I REACHED OUT TO THE MANAGER MULTIPLE TIMES WHO WAS NOT RESPONSIVE AND DIDN'T FOLLOW THRU ON HIS AGREEMENT TO GIVE ME POINTS BECAUSE OF THE SUBSTANDARD ACCOMMODATIONS.

this place should only be use as a one night sleep. We book this place to attend a graduation, worse experience we ask for a nonsmoking room, and receive a smoking room complaints to staff and managers went no where. The house keepers all they did was exchange towels they did not clean anywhere I personally marked a spot on the toilet and shower for 3 days and it was still there when I checked out on the 4th day. My opinion don't book this place I got sick with my allergy from being in the smokey musty room. Awful place.

We came for my son's graduation from California. The first night we were there(a day before our booking) we got there late and just wanted to sleep. The man at the front was VERY pleasant and our rooms for that night were fabulous. When we got into our booked reservation days that's when the problems started. When we walked in to see if our rooms were ready, there were a lot of staff in the front and they were passing some kind of pills to each other. When we got to our rooms we were very disappointed, there were amenities missing, the carpet was very dirty and not even tucked onto the tac strip and our bedding had urine on it. The urine was very strong and when we pulled back the bedding, we saw it was through everything. So, needless to say they didn't even change this bedding when the last person left. When we went to the front and made them aware of the urine on our bedding the man in the front(a different one from the first night) said that he didn't know where to find the extra bedding. A different man ( the custodian) tried to help us but just kept bringing us the wrong sized bedding. We eventually got new sheets and a comforter. He told me before the custodian man found some bedding that he didn't know what to do to help me because they don't have any extra bedding. Really? So maybe that explains why there was urine soaked bedding because they are never washed? Anyway, we were very unhappy. All the women that work there are very rude and unprofessional. Along with the middle eastern man that had no answers and could care less about what was needed to help paying guests at his place of employment. That place has potential but with the people working there, I am surprised it hasn't been shut down. I will not be returning or referring any business to that hotel.

False advertising. Not like pictures shown. As soon as I walked in room, had a musty, moldy smell. Ceiling chipping off.

This hotel was very basic. Do not expect anything fancy. It will serve you decent night's rest. The staff was friendly. WiFi works on the computer but not with smart phones or tablets. The hotel is near many businesses such as WalMart and local convenience stores. Adequate parking. Generally, you get what you pay for.

I would most definitely stay here again if I am ever in the Lawton, OK area. The staff was the friendliest and the cleanliness of the room was great.

Stayed at this hotel for our daughter's BCT graduation at Fort Sill. The room was adequate for our needs (nothing new and fancy), in a good location and the price was very good. The hot breakfast was very good.

First room we were booked into the toilet didn't work and door on bathroom was broke. So reported it then they moved us to a different room and said the manager would call us about the first room, but the second room had no phone. Than the second room we moved into, we were sleeping my wife was awoke to bites on her than we checked the bed and found bed bugs. So at 1 a.m we were transferred to our 3rd room. So going back to sleep once again felt bites and another episode of bed bugs. So my wife and myself and my 9 year old daughter who all suffered from bed bug bites slept in the car thinking we will just use the room to shower, but the morning the 3rd room had no hot water. So we explained the bed bugs to the night clerk she seemed concerned but upon check out and dropping off the bed bug that we caught the clerk could care less and he only expression to us was :"oh that sucks but the manager isn't here! " than called to speak to the manager at checkout on Friday was told oh he don't come in on weekends have to call Monday. Would never go back to that hotel and has m questioning the rest of Quality Inn and if that's how they run their hotel's.

Was there for a Graduation... Hotel was ok for the price..Only stayed in the room to sleep. Right next to a lot of eateries...

The staff upon my arrival were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. However, my interactions with the manager on the morning of my departure were not acceptable. He was incredibly rude, and not at all friendly. It did not leave a very good taste in my mouth, which is unfortunate because it was an otherwise pleasant experience.

They were the only available hotel in Lawton. Staff went out of their way to accommodate, but the first room smelled terribly of smoke, yet was supposedly non-smoking. They were able to find us another room. It was clean enough, but furniture & bedding were uncomfortable. A place to stay in a pinch, but not somewhere I'd ordinarily choose.

Great breakfast (Variety) Peaceful Comfortable near all restaurants and shoppings

Good and peaceful. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and has variety

Value for your buck and clean. Would recommend if u want a cheap option.

I only stayed one night and at first, it was decent. The room we stayed in had an awkward smell, moth balls and smoke, maybe? Which was fine, I smoke so who am I to complain about that?....... My big issue was that there were ROACHES in our room. I definitely don't plan on staying there again. It was close to post, which was necessary for the trip.

Very satisfied, had no problems with the place or room

Decent, good location. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

stayed for three nights and the room was never cleaned. the shower was dirty when we checked in. had to go get our own clean towels and take dirty ones to the pool. would not recommend anyone to stay there
