I stayed there before so why not right? Wrong! One bed wasn't sturdy but you could still sleep on it. Went to take a shower, clogged. Told the front desk and was told maintenance would be right up, nope! Ended up being housekeeping to unclog it. Room next to us found a cockroach in the bathroom. Asked if we could use a bigger room to play cards with young soldiers that just graduated and was told yes but one lady then no by the next. Felt unfriendly towards us all. Many other hotels around. Go there.

My first impression when I walked in to the lobby was a horrible smell. From there it was all down hill. All of our room pillows didn't have pillow covers which now I'm glad as they exposed the disgusting stains all over them. The mini fridge had a leak which cause a huge wet spot on the carpet where there was a dead roach. We booked a double and had 2 towels which when we requested more the maid knocked handed them and left no hi how are you or here you go nothing not one word. The front desk seriously needs some training on the definition of customer service they have none. Would I ever book this hotel again NO NEVER. Even if you were here for just a bed I wouldn't even do it.

It was OK.. We did see anyone from the hotel but the receptionist

No customer service. Clerks stayed on there phones. Food was not great. Refrigerator was broken. Awful stay

This room was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. Dead bugs everywhere. I had to clean the tub myself to be able to use it as it obviously hadn't been cleaned prior to occupancy. Hair and bugs in tub and on bathroom floor. I didn't trust the breakfast after seeing the room condition.

Ok stay for what u pay for. Did not like how the smoking and non smoking were next to eachother. The maid were so nice. Over night desk lady wasn't so nice. Pool was the nicest part of the place good place to stay if your just needing a place to stop. Affordable

It was a great room, at a great price. I have no complaints. Air conditioning was top notch especially in the 100+ heat. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good also. I would stay there again if im traveling to Lawton again.

Great location, close to the base. Also close to restaurants and shopping. Great staff, very knowledgable and friendly.

the place is near a mall. the room was ok. the water doesnt get hot. but the staff was very nice

This hotel was quiet with a clean room and friendly staff. The room lighting and decor was dark and dated, but the bed and air conditioning worked very well for my short stay. The breakfast offered plenty of cereal, oatmeal, grains, and fruit it could use a nice warm source of protein. The check in and out was very easy, and the staff was very helpful with recommendations and directions.

Maid NEVER came and cleaned up the whole time I was there. Make sure your room has a microwave and fridge bc mine didnt!. Close to base but i wouldnt stay again. And they put me upstairs with an infant! Wasn't a good stay..

Hotel is well located to reach Ft Sill military base and it is close to shopping, food and so on. It is a little outdated. I got smoking room and was very disappointed because of bad smell. Staff is friendly and continental breakfast is OK for US motels.

Nice location convenient for boot camp graduation. Staff was friendly. Room was as expected and perfect for what we needed it for. Great value overall.

The room was clean and ready on time. The fitness center was not available for use??? Excellent breakfast was provided

Great deal for this room but don't expect much. There was a cigarette burn in the bed quilt and a gash in the couch fabric, but everything seemed clean. The location is great if you plan to be going back and forth to Fort Sill.

The room need a micro wave and frig. Tub and shower head mold. AC was not that cold....

The staff was friendly, and the rooms clean. I was even told I ciuld bring a group of soldiers on pass to hang at the.pool. But this place is close to nothing, at least for now. There is a lot of construction in the area si this may change. However at this time if you do not drive this is not the best place to be, the only thing within walking distance was a Family Dollar. The only place that served food (except the continental breakfast at the hotel is a bar, that was fine but if you have any one younger than 21 you better get it to go.

I stayed there for my brothers basic training graduation and it was horrible! the First room was not cleaned so we moved rooms but sadly it was no better! there was 1/2 inh thick dust on window sweals cigaret burns on the mini fridge as well as wholes in the was and carpet was an inch from the walls, My room key deactivated everytime we left!! it was a horrible experiance!! I have photos but I can not upload them for some reason

The location was perfect for Graduation Day, less than 5 minutes from McMahon Hall and less than 15 minutes from gate entrance to Ft. Sill. Perfect location! Room was okay-nothing fantastic- the outdoor pool was good! Easy interstate access, too!.

i had trouble checking in because i specified i needed a handicap acessiable room and i did not get it but we made do with the extra lg. room..which the main problem is the bathroom when it comes to handicap needs the doorto the bathroom was to small..but price wise it was a graet deal!
