Stayed here 5 days and housekeeping didn’t come once. Had to chase them down for wash cloths and towels. The advertised “breakfast” is terrible. There were stains on the room floor. Not in the safest area either. Will never stay here or anywhere in the area again.

The room smells bad as soon as we walk into it, and the bed makes squeaky sound and uncomfortable. We only stayed there for one night with a special promotion price. I guess I can't really complaint because we get what we paid for.
I paid for one facility and had to go to a lesser facility, because they claim they were overbooked. There was no elevator. One of my guests had a walking assistive device. Very inconvenient! There was no iron in the room. There was no room service. I was cheated.
The area surrounding the hotel was nice. Plenty of eating areas and shopping areas very close by. As far as the hotel itself, it wasn’t as clean as I’d liked it to have been. There were bugs in the room and the shower. I chose to leave early.
Noisy everywhere and anytime.
The carpets in my room were filthy and stained, the wooden dresser was noticeably damaged and coffee maker had 6 roaches in it..I’m beyond disgusted.

No food on site, unfriendly staff with poor customer service, seems like a hangout spot for locals and staff’s friends. Trouble with check in. Key cards didn’t work. Had added additional night but housekeeping tried to kick us out cuz of no communication between them and front services.
We were only there for a short while but the stay was nice.
