Stay was decent Stayed for one night ,leisure trip Clean room , clean towels , smells like stuffy smoked room. Air out the room and it will do for the night

The room was a little dirty, the location was good for what I wanted access to. Close to Duluth and Mideavil Times. I may go back, but not sure.

This was the worse hotel I've stayed in, bugs in the room, sheets were old and didnt seem to be clean, bathroom had holes in the walls. Left the hotel after one night and went to another hotel for the remaining 2 nights STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

this was the worse hotel i've stayed at in years, between bugs in the room, smell of urine in the room I would not stay at this hotel again in my life. I left the hotel after one night being there.

The location is great, however the actual hotel is a total dive, The rooms are nowhere up to standards, bugs on the floor, the towels were used. We ended up leaving the hotel after one night and going to another hotel. We were booked to stay 4 nights, one night was more than enough for us.

We were there for 3 days. Our room was never cleaned. Manager was not available for us to complain. Office staff would do nothing for us. Each day we had to go get new towels.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay with basic amenities, friendly staff, and a comfortable room for the night, this Days Inn is a great place to stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and there was an easy checkin/out process. Continental breakfast included is also basic but a nice start to the day.

Rooms clean and acceptable. Travelers should note that this hotel is located directly across from a major hospital and you may be subjected to occasional sirens from emergency vehicles. Management pleasant. Nothing special in way of breakfast.

This motel/hotel is located off 1/20 and has a very 'industrial' layout to it that makes it more forboding than welcoming, but if you need a cheap clean place for cheap not too bad. Staff is very friendly.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that its very cheap. If you want a cheap room, and dont care about safety, cleanliness, or quality, then this is the hotel for you. The hotel photo is slightly misleading, it makes it appear that the rooms are inside. They are not. All of the rooms are outside. The room itself had a moldy smell, the shower curtain and pillows had mold stains/odd black markings, the carpet was paper thin and dirty, the TV was very old and 1/2 of the channels were static, and there were clumps of hair all over the place. The ONLY reason I stayed here is because I paid for the room in advance, and would have been stuck with a cancellation fee. The room was quiet until about 8pm at night when a group of thugs appeared, and entered the room across from me, and on either side of me. This is not an exaggeration: they stood outside yelling, cursing, arguing, and smoking/drinking until 3am. It was ridiculous, and completely unsafe. Im not sure how this place got anything above a 1 star rating. The only good thing I can say is the customer service was good. My room had no iron when I checked in, and the staff brought me one immediately. However, bringing me an iron promptly doesnt make everything else about this place any better. Please dont stay here.

Just stayed one night on the way out of town. Used this hotel because it allowed pets. Furniture was shabby and I saw a roach climbing the wall the next morning. Would never stay again.

The picture of this hotel displayed on the web appeared to be modern and pleasant. Well that was a joke! The picture was actually the front of the main office. This hotel was a TRUCKSTOP/LIVE-IN hotel! The desk clerk did not understand English. The breakfast was handled by ANYone's hands. The room was antiquated. People were standing outside that were questionable at night. No equipment in the exercise room worked, including the television. I definitely got what I paid for. Never again!

My question is where do I start. The location was good for our needs as we were there for high school graduation number four. Check in was not good even though we called ahead to make certain our special request were noted. Night desk person acted as though he had no knowledge of contact. No information given regarding breakfast, check out, or anything else. The room assigned was NOT clean .We went of speak to the clerk and were shown the book which showed the room had been cleaned and told that our clean was not the same as theirs. The second bed had hair on the sheets and smelled dirty. This room not only had a dirty bed, there was a cup in the microwave, the shower did not look clean, the phone was just NASTY, there were bits of trash on the floor, etc. The clerk agreeded to relocate us after viewing the room. The second room prompted my daughter and I to purchase cleaning supplies to CLEAN the room. The ironing board was small enough to fit in a drawer. The breakfast consisted of cellophane wrapped danish (2) plain bagels (3) juice (1) still frozen, coffee(1) no decaf, corn flakes and frosted flakes with a partically consumed GALLON jug of milk. There was no sliced bread for toast or fresh jelly packets. The cleaning staff the serviced our room did so in theri native language, did not so much as say good morning, this I consider to be extremely RUDE. The clerk on duty when we checked out was the most informative and pleasant. the others did not acknowledge us. Thenk God for the fast food establishment and the gas station. I oppted not to stay where we had been staying because of their recent reviews, a decision I regreted because there you were treated as a guest and not as something to be avoided. THis placed reminde me of a bad movie. Please visit before you bok anyone else for this establishment, as it will affect your business as well as theirs.

Took time to find. Their sign is not visible from a distance like most hotel/motel chains. They are nestled between a gas station & a car lot. The maid service must have been in a hurry ironing board not in it's place. No extra outlet for the micro-wave oven, had to unplug fridge everytime I needed to use it. Found or stepped on a bobby-pin that was left on the floor. And last but not least the bed was comfortable, but beware of piece of metal that juts out. If I didn't scrap my ankle a time or two before I started to use the other side of the bed.

Upon entering the hotel I was met by four police cars. I was told that a guy was walking scaring the guest. I asked management was the hotel safe and they reassured me it was. Upon entering my room the smell of cigarettes lingered in the air . I requested a nonsmoking room. The beds appeared half slept in. My children were scared to lay their heads on the pillows and to shower due to the poorly cleaning of the room. On the website it makes it seem like the hotel has all inside rooms, which is not the case at all.

Lot of traffic in an out located right next to a convience/gas station and McDonalds.

IT WAS A LESSON LEARNED. I WANTED TO CHANGE MY RESERVATION FROM THE 29TH TO THE 30TH BUT THEY STILL WANTED TO CHARGE FULL PRICE, (BIG INCONVIENCE) SO I HAD TO CHECK IN ON THE 29TH SO THAT I DIDN'T LOOSE MY MONEY. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK CANCELLATION POLICY. IT WAS VERY SMALL AND NEXT TO A BUSY CONVIENCE STORE. THE INTERNET PICTURES MADE IT SEEM SOMETHING IT WASN'T. BUT ALL IN ALL, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I THINK NEXT TIME I'LL JUST PAY THE EXTRA 10$ TO BE A LIL MORE COMFORTABLE. OH YEAH AND THE WALLS WAS VERY DIRTY, AND THE WATER DIDN'T GO OUT AS I WAS TAKING A SHOWER..

The desk staff were very nice, gave us any information we needed readily. When we got to the room, we were pleasantly greeted with a clean, fresh scent and a very nice room for the low price we paid:)

We only stayed one night at this motel. Nothing special. Would not have wanted to stay there for more than one night. Room size was good. Air conditioning did not work very well.

I went to go work out and the most of the equipment in the gym didn't work or I was affraid to get on it. Then found out that the toilet didn't flush well at all and called the desk and they told us to go buy a plunger. After calling a few times becuase you could not use it they gave us a plunger and didn't offer a new room or anything. Very poor customer service.... Was very disapointed.
