The room was cramped, I suppose so they could say “suites”. Too much furniture, can’t move around….and we were only there to sleep one night and leave in morning for a funeral. Gap in door letting in air and light and street noise. Beds are just on metal, if the floor looked cleaner it would have probably been more comfortable sleeping there (of course beyond the dirtiness there would’n have been room to sleep on floor). Booked 2 queen beds, definitely not queen beds. Tile in bathroom doesn’t even go to the door or walls, so you just have concrete/sub floor around the flooring. Lighting terrible, but hey it was a full moon and the crack in the door let in some of that light😩. Dust everywhere. Kids found 2 extra remotes when trying to untuck the sheets from the bed…..that was disgusting (the remotes) grime and dust stuck to it. One towel one hand towel and one washcloth in a double room for 4 guests. Very underwhelmed with the whole thing. Wouldn’t have cared had we got to actually sleep, but seriously even the kids said bed was too hard, and they like camping like sleeping on the ground camping and have never complained until sleeping here.

The person that cleaned the room forgot to wipe off nightstand. It had sticky stuff all over it. The shower had hair in it. The bathroom floor was not cleaned beside the toilet.

Very clean and the staff were very polite. The air conditioning in these 2 rooms occupied by me and other family members were not the best at all. Air conditioning service is a very important factor for me. Also for the price your paying I feel you should be walking into a room that would have the air conditioner on.

Way nicer than the last quality Inn where in stayed. Upgraded mattresses, pillows and linens. I was very impressed. The reception staff, Mr. Patel, was very nice.

Single mom of 15 yr old son. Checked in, went to the room, checked out within 10 min. Room was not clean, scuff marks all over the walls, you could see where they tried to paint over them (made it look worse). Bathroom had a bad odor. The whole room had a musty smell. We did not feel safe there at all. Room may be good for traveling working men, but I'm not sure if I would even recommend it to them either. But the check in clerk (that I talk to through a glass window outside of the building) (should of been the first red flag) was nice and refunded my money.

Shower was very weak on water pressure but told clerk and was fixed next day. Cable TV channels (local) were fuzzy but viewable. Very friendly staff and close to shops and eating places.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a handicap room. The bathroom was bigger and the doors were wider. We slept well in the quiet room. We would stay there again.

Well located for activities in the Sandhills of North Carolina. Friendly staff who inquired about our needs.

Needed a place to stay for just one night, wonderful experience. Staff friendly and accomodating. Rooms were surprisingly nice for the value. There are 2 other chain hotels in close proximity but were a bit more pricey...I'd stay here before spending the extra on either of those hotels. If I ever need a room in Laurinburg again, this will be it.

I had to wait about 15 minutes to be check in on third shift. The front desk clerk was not at the window and rung the doorbell numerous times. I did not have a local telephone number for that location therefore I had to stand there and wait outside in the rain.

Extremely close to the campus at SAU. Great location to Wal-Mart and the stores in Laurinburg.

Chose Jameson Inn to be well inland for duration of pending hurricane. It was clean and comfortable ....but not "special". Loud and Noisy family next door didn't make for pleasant experience either. All in all, I'd say it was absolutely fine for what I needed.

I had a 5 night stay at Jameson Inn. The room was clean and confortable. The grounds were well lit and was much appreciated, because I checked in at 1:00 a.m. Loved the Jacuzzi tub. The staff were friendly and helpful. Some noise from other guest but when reported the problem was addressed immediately. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and offered assistance readily. Great location.

It was fine for what we were in town for.

Clean and comfortable. A/C temp. control needed repaired, room stayed cold which was better than hot. Good value will stay again.

Please accept our apology for not meeting your expectations. It doesn’t sound like us. We never advertise that we have Queen bed. We have full size beds. We never had any complaints about bed as our guests always have good compliments about beds. We have LED lighting in our hotels and enough lighting as our Quality Inn standards. We provide 4 sets of Terry in each double bed room.

nice upgrades

We did not feel safe there at all. Room may be good for traveling working men, but I'm not sure if I would even recommend it to them either. Currently we are checking all of our shower heads to make sure they are all functional and working properly to provide even water pressure. We also apologize for the satellite channels coming in fuzzy, we are looking in to upgrading our service in the very near future to provide HDTV in all of our rooms.
