The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located up at the top of a hill, on the outskirts of the city center, allowing for a quite environment away from the busy and noisy city center. The location is a bit of an uphill walk if you are relying on public transportation, as I was, instead of renting a car, but is very convenient to the main train station.
