Liked all except the toilets. The toilets were very loud when flushed. You can even hear the surrounding rooms when they flush. I have a child with Autism - sensory affected by loud noises. Other than toilets, property is great
everything went as we planned, airport ect.., also they make late check out for me with a minimum cost.
We were asked at registration if we wanted service of our room during our 5 day stay. We responsed, yes. However, we never received any service.....we had to request towels, trash bags so we could remove our own trash and clean towels(nobody came for the dirty ones). If you are going to ask if someone wants service...provide the service.

My toddler daughter and I had a staycation here for two nights, it was perfect. I cannot say enough good things. It was well maintained, so clean, the pool and patio are great. It’s easily located near keystone lake park as well as other shops and restaurants. The hotel bar’s area is nice, with a good menu and live music. Plus the hot breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nicely laid out and the staff was truly excellent. We enjoyed ourselves and will return! I highly recommend this place.

I had a great view of the area. Only there for 1 day. Work related. It was kind of out of the way but it was top quality, quiet and well worth it.
