Quietly located in the village of Lathuile, a few steps from the lake, discover a magnificent apartment overlooking the mountains, in a new condominium with a tennis court. The perfect place for a family holiday!

Ideal for 4 people, it consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a large terrace overlooking the mountains, and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a large living room/living room.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 200x160cm (Queen Size) and storage.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds 200x90cm (Single) and storage.
High-speed TV and Wifi, equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine/dryer.

Close to restaurants on the lake and the bike path linking Annecy to Albertville.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

You can leave your car in an individual underground garage, large enough to leave a car and several bikes.
Lathuile is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting, enjoy the lake, the surrounding ski resorts and the many mountain hikes!
