The ladies maintaining the bfast area were excellent. Tables were cleaned constantly and food was refreshed, refilled immediately. Especially on a busy crowded Sunday morning. This crew did a great job.

We were on floor 3. That floor is dated to say the least. Carpet in the room was soiled. It just is NOT at the Holiday Inn Standard that we would expect. Probably the worst was the Dining Hall area. The trash containers were so full(both) that people left food on the tables and then on top of the two garbage containers. Also, outside the property...both were FULL. Just really a lack of management! They did have a big group...but with a big group had to come big money...and they just need better management!

Everything was great about the stay however the swimming pool looked really dirty and unkept.

First room we entered, the AC was on the floor. We received another room promptly.
The room was very quiet and clean. Staff pleasant and bfast very nice.
Room window curtains were torn. Hallways were dark and all carpets were dingy.
Good service on our late check in. Rooms were nice and clean. Fairly comfortable beds.

Relatively quiet, easy parking, location..
Staff called at 10:45 demanding that I come down to the counter to run my credit card for a $100 deposit. When I told her that the deposit already was pending on my card, she disagreed and was argumentative and rude.
Check in was no hassle, room was clean, hand sanitizers around the lobby and elevator area. Staff was friendly.
Stayed one night excelent will book again if I’m in the area again.
