Easy check in, quiet, and no vial cigarette smoke. Immaculate rooms with comfortable beds. We started staying here a few years ago and won't stay anywhere else.

We had to check in twice standing in long lines. The bed was very uncomfortable and one of the bathroom sinks did not drain.

Fantastic stay, would stay at hotel again...I highly recommend this hotel to other guest

It's good, but the clean not is 100% in my room but I like

Awesome room, location, view, quiet and pricing. Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome.

Large well-appointed room, great view, friendly staff, centrally located, extremely clean (hotel and room smell great!), Starbucks in lobby. What more could you ask for? This is probably my 7th or 8th time staying here. I usually come to Vegas for business and this hotel is a great place to stay.

Lovely hotel. Four gripes, though: 1. Terrible Internet Access: for a hotel of this caliber, the internet was terrible. The signal kept dropping, and was always only at 2 to 3 bars max. This is unacceptable in 2017. We're not in Bosnia for Christ's sake. 2. Music at Pool: last I checked, this is hotel is advertised as a "resort and spa", not a party spot. It's specifically designed for travelers who DON'T was to listed to teeny-bopper dance music when trying to relax by the pool. I can go to Liquid at ARIA for that. Instead... spa-like, relaxing music by the pool would be more appropriate. 3. Cleanliness at Pool: while we're on the subject of pools, the hotel staff servicing the pool did a TERRIBLE job at clearing used plates and empty glasses. There was a constant scatter of leftovers lying around the pool edge, and this too is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. 4. Blackout Shades: um, hello..... this is Vegas, where the nights are long and people like to sleep in. Check out the photos of the rooms online and you'll see for yourselves: the blackout curtains do not work, for they don't cover the windows completely. They let FAR too much light in. This is Vegas, people. VEGAS. Hotels MUST have blackout curtains. I don't want the sun beaming in on my face at 7am, thank you very much. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much. Not sure if we'd come back though; probably try something else next time.

Spacious room, bathroom and kitchen. But you need to request dishes, etc. No coffee maker; $20 fee.

Loved that this hotel didn't have a casino very quiet and relaxing will definitely stay next time we find ourselves in Vegas!

It was nice. The view from the 50th floor is amazing.

The staff was wonderful. I was told that there was a room ready for me when I arrived earlier than was normal for checking in. When I got to the room it was not ready. However, the housekeeping staff apologized and immediately came over to get my room ready. The bed was a little tired, not new. The shower head forced you into the wall as it sprayed a little high. On my third day when I cam back to the room at 6 pm, the room had not been made up yet. I called housekeeping and they sent someone up to the room to make it up. This caused some issues with my evening. The hotel is well located and all of the staff was great. I would stay there again but the quality has to improve for the price.

Great facility, slow room service. I also felt isolated from the action. However, the spa is impeccable.

Great, beautiful place if your going to relax and not be in the room for too long

I loved everything about the hotel. It was peaceful but still close enough to all of the action.

Even though we had a car to get around it was still difficult with their location and turnaround, valet was on top of their game most times and not having a casino In the hotel was a relief and comforting, vegas temp was at 117 so the ac in Hotel was not as cool as should be, the view was amazing we had the panoramic suite overall I give it an 8 but their is better options for price

no room service for 3 days did not have my room cleaned up i called them 3 times for room service they never showed up

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

All the service was great until we wanted to extend are stay. We had 3 rooms and when I went to extend are stay , The hotel wanted $380.00 for the 1 day when we where paying $180.00 a night... I think they should have charged the same for the 5 nights we where there... Just Saying !!!

The experience from the Valet to Front Desk to the Housekeeping, all amazing! Definitely look to book with them again! I am recommending this hotel to everyone I talk to about the stay!

Great housekeeping excellent service, the location fabulous, conserge excellent, extremely satisfied
